#InterSystems IRIS for Health

Hello,

I'm new to Iris for Health and I'm trying to get some experience using it. I've subscribed to the Intersystems Iris for Health software in AWS marketplace. I successfully spun up the EC2 instance with the default security group. The try-iris instance is healthy and successfully starts within EC2. I've also successfully changed the default password too.

However, I'm unable to authenticate into the management portal. The portal launches okay though I keep getting an access denied. I'm also unable to authenticate into a session from the EC2 instance.

We have created a number of REST adapters that extend %CSP.REST and these have been working fine. However, we are now facing a problem with a new one where very large XML documents are being posted. This is the pattern we are following:

Set inMsg = %request.Content.Read()

In the previous article we saw how we could recover a resource stored in the database of our particular HIS, so today we will see how we can add new records in our HIS whose origin is an FHIR resource that we receive in our system.

We have a Service which behaves differently even though two equal Soap UI XML requests are being sent, from different systems.

When it is being sent from the other system, our Service's log shows:

ERROR <Ens>ErrGeneral: invalid HTTP version'xmlns:ges="http://XXX.XXXXXXXXX/GestionPacientes">'

When we send the same XML message from SoapUI, it is being processed by our system.

We are upgrading TrakCare from 2017 version to 2020, when I tried to reconnect our applications with new upgraded environment through IRIS ODBC driver instead of cahe ODBC driver I got this error: "the driver doesn't support the version of ODBC behavior that the application requested" while it is working fine with cache driver. Any help please ?

I need to run some clean up routine in the background so loss of my terminal session won't stop the process.

I found the JOB command in the documentation.
JOB | ObjectScript Reference | InterSystems IRIS Data Platform 2022.1

When I try it, it doesn't seem to be doing much. I also expected this to become visible in the Background Tasks but that doesn't happen either.

Probably I am missing something.

If I add the same patient data with a different unique ID then it inserts as new data using a POST request.
So, In the FHIR server How can I prevent this kind of thing by using POST requests?
Note:- I don't want to use a PUT request for the same. The main thing is I want to get a unique patient record.
Que:- Is there any way to check data duplication on each FHIR resource?

I am creating a REST API with a spec-first approach. However, I am using the try-catch method to handle any exception if any occurs. But whenever any error related to syntax or something occurs, we get internal server error

While I can query the HL7 message class EnsLib.HL7.Message (EnsLib_HL7.Message for SQL) to my heart's content in the SQL Shell or the Management Portal's SQL page, I can't seem to SELECT anything other than ID/%Id from an ADO/ODBC client. Properties such as TimeCreated, Name, MessageTypeCategory, etc. all seem to prevent the query from ever completing EXCEPT when I provide the ID as part of the WHERE criteria.

This works fine in the Management Portal and Shell:

Is there a way to read JSON and transform it (in DTL) by using a VDOC of this JSON (without transform it to internal message) like I can do with HL7 or XML?

If it possible, I guess that I should have a schema of the JSON so the second question is how to build a schema for JSON and load it to the IRIS?

I want to talk about our project and use the dataset theme for this contest.

Our intention never was to be a data curator, especially because sometimes my precious data means a lot for me, but not for the rest of the world.

We want to go a step further and empower the user to find the perfect dataset for their needs.

Our project is a bridge between the data science community and the developer's community using InterSystems IRIS to achieve this mission.
