We recently migrated to IRIS. Before, the CACHE.EXE executable could be invoked from a batch file directly :

C:\InterSystems\Cache\bin\cache.exe -s C:\InterSystems\Cache\mgr -U %SYS

This will display the following in console :

Node: DESKTOP-8H4B321, Instance: CACHE

USER>

Additionally, the pipe instruction can be used to redirect some commands directly

echo write 50 | C:\InterSystems\Cache\bin\cache.exe -s C:\InterSystems\Cache\mgr -U %SYS

NOTE: we previously found an issue with the 2021.1.1.324.0 builds. The 2021.1.1 maintenance releases have been removed from the WRC and have been replaced with 2021.1.2.336.0 builds. 2021.1.2 containers will be available shortly.

Two new sets of maintenance releases are now available:

  • Caché 2018.1.6, Ensemble 2018.1.6, and HSAP 2018.1.6
  • InterSystems IRIS 2020.1.2, IRIS for Health 2020.1.2, and HealthShare Health Connect 2020.1.2

Installation kits and containers can be downloaded from the WRC Software Distribution site. Container images for the Enterprise Editions of InterSystems IRIS and IRIS for Health and all corresponding components are available from the InterSystems Container Registry.

We have a program set up in the HealthShare Facility Registry. And we have some patients enrolled into this program. In the HealthShare Registry management, we set up following consent policy for this facility (we call it program), Default Block Except: Block data except for the groups specified below, unless overridden by patient. There is no program in the Selected Programs so the consent should be applied to everybody.

I am trying to use %INLIST in SQL query using a cursor and the query fails to return results. It appears that the variable I use against %INLIST returns an empty string. All the examples I have seen use result sets and build the query as a string. Is it possible to use %INLIST in a cursor-based query? Below is a a snippet of the code I am using:

Property mylist as %String (MAXLEN="") [InitialExpression = "route1, route2, route3"];

HI,

Has anyone implemented the NHS Care Connect profile in HealthShare and if so could you share the steps you took?

I am not looking to integrate it into the SDA model, Just looking having the classes within HealthShare and then applying a DTL to convert to HL7 2.x

I was hoping i could just down load the profiles from git hub and import into Studio but it appears I need the XSD to do this, which are not available.

Good Morning and thanks in advance for all replies. I have created a PowerShell script for backing up CACHE and all related files to be run on a nightly basis. My script works as long as the Unknownuser has %all access which is not acceptable in our production environment. I have tried every format I can thank of to get the script to use a specific id with no luck. How can I get this command to run under a specific id?

..\bin\cache -s. -U%SYS "##Class(Backup.General).ExternalFreeze() <d:\backup\login.scr"

We are using the Ens.Alert alerting process to send alerts (via email) to our external service desk application (Service Now).

Is there a way to suppress multiple alerts for the same error (within a specified timeframe)? (Either Rule or BPL?) (i.e. a system starts sending bad data which fails validation or is NAKd by a downstream system -- causing every message to create an Alert.)

Otherwise, every message creates an Alert, which creates a ticket in Service Now.

I get NOROUTINE when I try to call a label in a routine in another namespace:

d someLabel^|”OTHERNAMESPACE”|someRoutine(inputVar,.resultByReference)

Two questions:

1. What is wrong with my syntax for calling a label in the other routine, versus just the root of the .int/mac?

2. Can I pass a parameter by reference when using extended routine reference?

WIN SQL is the normal editor used by most of the users .But we can't download large amount of data using winsql . So I have written a tutorial how to connect with a new Java based editor called Squirrel SQL which can easily download or export data in excel or any other formats. Also I included a Java JCBC connection program to connect with the IRIS database especially a mirroring/failover server.

After linking in Oracle Table with Field Column's Data Types of NUMBER, my updates into these table fields are resulting in data that is being rounded to 2 decimal places. I insert a record with 1234.1234 and 1234.12 is stored.

It appears Cache xDBC might be manipulating my values prior to sending to Oracle. Is there a setting or system parameter that is controlling this? If so, is there a way to relax this from occurring so the values I send are being stored in Oracle with the same values?

Parsing error

After calling an API with

Do request.Get("/api/address/listing")

Set data = {}.%FromJSON(request.HttpResponse.Data)

I get this error:

any clue what might be causing this?

Is there a reason why calling %ExecDirect() (or %Execute) won't set the %SQLCODE of the result set to 100 even when the query returns no data?

Here is the code in question with a bit of contrivance to force the issue:

set statement = ##class(%SQL.Statement).%New()
set result = ##class(%SQL.Statement).%ExecDirect(statement,"select top 0 0 from Example.Testing")
w result.%SQLCODE

The %SQLCODE is set to 0 in this case. The same happens if I use %Prepare and %Execute, e.g.
