At InterSystems, we strive to give you the best quality in everything. Including the realization of our Global Masters program.
The vendor of this platform has been acquired by another company, and unfortunately, we will no longer be able to continue hosting our esteemed Global Masters program on this platform. We are currently evaluating new platform providers to facilitate the transition of the Global Masters Advocate Hub.
Beginning April 26th, we will temporarily suspend access to the Global Masters program as we transition to a new platform.

When making a Business Process reusable, I needed to make the target of a <call> configurable as a business host setting. This can be done through indirection. Here's how:

Building my tech. example provided me with a bunch of findings htt I want to share. The first vectors I touched appeared with text analysis and more than 200 dimensions. I have to confess that I feel well with Einstein's 4 dimensional world. 7 to 15 dimensions populating the String Theory are somewhat across the border. But 200 and more is definitely far beyond my mathematical horizon.
Discover the exciting challenges and opportunities that await GenAI and ML enthusiasts in this contest. We'll discuss the topics we expect from participants and show you how to develop, build, and deploy applications using the InterSystems IRIS data platform. There will also be a demo of InterSystems IRIS Vector Search that you can use in your projects.

InterSystems worked closely with the Red Hat Insights team to implement a curated set of recommendations for system administrators to ensure the best experience running InterSystems IRIS on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
The basic idea is to use Vectors in the mathematical sense. I used geographic coordinates. These are of course only 2-dimensional but much easier to follow as vectors in text analysis with >200 dimensions.
I'm trying to learn M programing for an Epic db class prerequisite. They said to download the IRIS Studio software to do the testing. I'm having a very difficult time finding information the language. I'm trying to run some examples that Epic has provided (like in below) but the compiler complains that it isn't valid. Of course, it doesn't tell you why it isn't valid.
Waters/Integrated Software Solutions is a software development company providing mainly laboratory health solutions for over 30 years to some of the most well-respected hospitals/organizations around the world.
I've installed Ensemble 2018 then enabled IIS from Win features, then realized that CSPGateway doesn't exit so I downloaded and installed CSPGateway-2018 from WRC.
Most examples I've seen so far in OEX or DC left the impression that VECTORs are just something available with SQL with the 3 Functions especially around VECTOR_Search. * TO_VECTOR() * VECTOR_DOT_PRODUCT () * VECTOR_COSINE ()
There is a very useful summary hidden in iris-vector-search demo package. From there you find everything you need over several links and corners.
I am trying to setup a OAuth2.0 configuration to connect to a server within our Network using OAuth2.0. My previous attempt worked, however forgot to capture the steps before I had whipped the System so please bear with me.
I have an SSL/TLS Client configuration setup as we use the setup for our LDAP configuration.
When I go through the following steps within the Terminal, I am getting the following error...
I have to send some events for a government WebService that I already imported the WSDL and XSD's and It worked fine and I'm able to build the message and connect into the service, but It has been rejected with the message that the XML is wrong and the only diference between the Caché SOAP message to all the examples that the government gave us is the header:
This is how the Government is expecting the message:
We're getting a string sent to us by a client that was compressed using a java deflater (the zlib algorithm) and when trying to use $System.Util.Decompress() I get an "illegal value" error. I gather from other community posts that this is because the raw compressed string is missing the customized wrapper Iris automatically adds. I know this has been a longstanding issue for a while...just wanted to check if there'd been any updates to this functionality, or successful workarounds for decompressing raw zlib compressed data. Thanks in advance!
With ObjectScript, i want to test if Reference 1516 exists in the global. In the InterSystems portal, i can do it with SQL (SELECT count(*) FROM DataTest where Reference = '1516'), but can we do the same in ObjectScript without SQL and manipulating the global directly ?
For some time I have been planning to do some type of proof of concept with the Workflow functionality, which, like so many other functionalities present in IRIS, tends to go quite unnoticed by our clients (and for which I say mea culpa). That's why I decided a few days ago to develop an example of how to configure and exploit this functionality by connecting it with a user interface developed in Angular.
I'm new to IRIS and I'm converting from Ensemble 2018 to IRIS but not sure how to convert my cache.data file to IRIS.dat, I copied my cache.data to a new folder then went to IRIS management portal and created a new database and specified the directory to where my cache.data and saved and I thought that IRIS will automatically convert cache.dat to IRIS.dat but instead it created a new empty IRIS.dat, I guess I was wrong in my assumptions !?
