I just met a personal challenge translating my article to French.
Tough I had to learn it at school and could read and understand
famous literature (Sartre, Molière, Mauriac, Proust, Saint-Exupéry, Anouilh, ...)
I missed the specific terms used with ISC technology.

➡️ We need to activate a SOAP Operation during a time slot, in order to send messages to the target system, only for a few hours; for example from 4am to 8am.

The requirement is to do this without a scheduled task. This is because when changing nodes, in the production mirrors, there are difficulties, challenges, or issues with scheduled tasks.

Reference: sample LDAP code routine LDAP.mac

Some IF statements reference macro $$$WindowsCacheClient as a boolean flag to mark if the client calling the LDAP server is running Windows. Other IF statements reference $$$ISWINDOWS. Are they not the same thing? That is, does the routine need $$$WindowsCacheClient at all?

I want to call some Java Remote Call through Java gateway. The call code as following:

But Every call need connect to Java Gateway and disconnect it. But It's cost too high( about 80ms)

So, According to my Java experences, I need create some connection and put it into global static ConnectionPool

How to find your imported XSD file

Have you ever imported an XML schema from an XSD file? You might want to look at the original file again sometime later, but forgot where you put it.

Do not worry, that information is being kept as part of the import process.

The whole imported XSD schema is being kept in the ^EnsEDI.XML.Schema global. That global holds all the imported XSDs in your namespace. The first subscript is the name of the schema that you see in the portal.

A report that I need to create - I need to write a class method that will execute a few queries and save the data to a class and then return the data in a result set that can be used in the Logi report as a Stored procedure.

I can create the class method that is a Stored procedure and do the queries and manipulate the data, however I am having an issue at the end of the method to return the fields back as a result set.

Hey folks - I'm working on some training materials and I'm looking for a paragraph or two and/or a diagram that illustrates their record IO flow. Does anyone know of a good outline of how records are moved into the database and committed?

I am trying to find out when a Business Service was created, and by who. I have reviewed the audit trail and it doesn't appear that this information is actually logged there. I am hoping that this might be logged in a SQL table or global someplace. I have reviewed the SQL tables in that namespace and have come up empty. I thought it might be located in Ens_Config.Item, but that table is sparse.

Anyone know where this information might be logged?
