I am trying to find the presentation for the User Group Sessions that were given at Global Summit last week. In particular the Healthshare Provider Directory presentation, so I can share the ideas with others at my organization. Does anyone know where I can find those? I am not seeing them under the Global Summit tag.

Has anyone tried to call Security.Users class (in %SYS namespace) for creating or editing users from a shell script (or any programming language)?

If yes, can you please share your code?

We are trying to automate some stuff and would like to know how this worked for others.

With the recent release of macOS 10.15, Apple has tightened its control mechanism , called Gatekeeper, so that it now requires executables to be notarized. InterSystems products are not currently supported for use on macOS 10.15 and the executables have not been notarized. (As a reminder, InterSystems products are supported on macOS as a development platform only.)

Hello Community,

For the Business Rules in a process i want to use a constraint where source could be FromA or FromB.

But looks like the constraint does not allow multiple source values.

Is there a way to provide multiple source in Constraint? Or is there a way in Rules to identify the Source ?

Hi,
I created a REST service that works well if called via VPN, for example the url http://192.168.10.60:57772/fm/status returns a JSON string as expected.
If I replace the ip 192.168.10.60 with the ip used for our public website nothing happens. If I remove the port :57772 the browser returns a 404 error page.
Do I have to use a different port or is this caused by the settings of our web server? (We are using Apache Web Server: Apache Cache_Server_Pages-Apache_Module/2016.1.0.656.0-1601.1554d)

What is difference between using a command $classmethod rather than just invoking them straight away?

For example if i need to call a class and its method i can just use like

do ##class(circle).radius()

rather than using

do $classmethod("circle",radius)

(I suppose both of them doing the same function i am not aware of it)

Please help me understand what is different and is there any specific usage.

Correct me if i have made mistake.

Zen Report - ErrorNo: 5540

I'm working on an existing Zen Report that uses queryClass/queryName to retrieve data using a class that has a Stored Procedure method. Which works fine.
I have created second class with a Stored Procedure method, I modified the zen report to use this class and now I'm having the following error.

Error: SQLCODE: -99 Message: User UnknownUser is not privileged for the operation
ErrorNo: 5540

Dear Community,

I need to collect a file from an FTP server over FTPS.

I have the :

  • credentials saved correctly
  • correct host and port informatoin
  • correct filepath I am trying to collect from
  • I have setup the SSL configuration in System > Security Management > SSL/TLS Configurations and this tests sucessfully

When I run the business service to connect it connects, but soon after connecting it fails to open the directory:

I have several 1GB journals from a LIVE server that I would like to inspect (eg: check which globals have been updated over the time).

Is there a simple way to view those journals using another IRIS instance ? (eg: local installation).

I have been tempted to put those files directly into the journal folder of my local installation and restart the system, however I am concerned that the transactions they contains will be restored and will corrupt the local database.

This is for the veteran programmers out there (you know who you are; you started programming before date 60000).

I'm in the middle of updates for our system, and I've come across many $ZU() calls. Most of them are documented in the "Replacement List", but two are missing: $ZUtil(0) and $ZUtil(1).

I honestly don't remember what these are for (and I'm pretty sure I used them in code in a previous century), so if someone can tell me, great. If you can provide a link to a reference, better!

Hi, someone have connected Iris to a Bucket ? like aws, huawei, etc.

I try to use private Bucket as storage for files, and Iris as database & API interface to manage this files, but al SDKs are in another languages, no one have founded on COS.

I have tested some examples, but with bad results

VISM.OCX in Delphi

I use delphi to develop and import VISM.OCX to component in delphi.

I am currently using InterSystems for patients data management related to intake treatment planning and delivery of dose.

should I create a new attribute to track Patient ID or using an existing attribute within Audit log ? what are the good practices guidelines?

If I use Event Data field to record Patient_ID is it possible out of the box to search entries for a specific Patient_ID ?
