We are in the process of using Ensemble for HL7 translations, and wanted to know is it better to use it on Linux Server or Windows Server? We are mostly a Windows shop but just wanted to make sure there is nothing we will be missing out using the Windows application.
I have a global whose structure is multi-level and I am trying through a class and a SQL query to display a table which includes all the values and levels.
We have 2 writer threads, each has a connection to Cache. When write records to Cache, we use PreparedStatement.executeBatch() with the batchSize 10 000.
We got very very slow insert speed.
But if only 1 writer thread used, the speed is faster, just as normal.
Hello Guys, can you help me with a issue? I think it is a beginning question, but here goes, how do I add a new business host to production programmatically? for example a new business service or business process.
I've been looking at the documentation for the classes Ens.Config.Production, Ens.Config.Item and Ens.Director and I haven't found any method to add, maybe the name is a little bit different.
The idea is to create a class that will "deploy" or "configurate" a new project components in a pre-existing production.
I'm facing the error 7802 ("Worker job/s unexpectedly shut down") when trying to work with the Queue Manager. Since today it was working fine, but suddenly today it started failing when arriving to the line:
I'm writing a SOAP client in Ensemble (2017.2.2) that is required to pass empty elements to the SOAP server in the form <xsi:type="ns:ResponsibleUser"/> where ResponsibleUser is a class that itself has no properties. I initially thought I'd found the answer with the XMLIGNORENULL parameter of XML enabled classes but this didn't make any difference for SOAP requests, only working when I wrote the XML to a file.
First: I have to create a Excel MultipleSheet Report. That I'm fine with doing.. but they want me to give every Workbook that is created it's unique reportName, that is generated with the user input on the page. Is it possible to do so?
With the gradual improvement of hospital information construction, there are more and more business interfaces in hospitals. Due to the influence of various factors (network, consumer system, etc.), the data processing of business interface may cause excessive message accumulation and even the situation of interface card congestion, which affects the normal business development in the hospital. Therefore, the monitoring of the queue of business interface components becomes more and more important.
I love the frequent mentions of versioning the CPF merge files in Source control. One thing that is not yet clear to me is how this would work for rolling back a change:
I was wondering whether there are any best practices or guidance around converting a HL7 message in to XML stream which will then be delivered to an end-point. Any help would be much appreciated.
The typical WHERE condition in SQL relates mostly to some content of the rows you work on. So it needs to be calculated and checked for each row you access. Differently (and that's why I named it STATIC) is a WHERE condition that is independent of the rows you access.
I'm new to Objectscript and Intersystems development. I've read documentation and some examples and succeded to import my Java class file into HealthShare using the Java Gateway Service. To import my class i tryed both methods (Wizard, or scripting) with success.
Everything works great, i see my imported class inside the namespace, and i can call the methods.
Does anyone knows if there is a limit per second adding messages to an Ensemble queue? I have a Business Service working and sending async requests to a Business Process, but I can't reach no more than 60-70 messages queued per second.
I've done several tests and same behavior seems to happen with all our productions. So I was wondering if there is a parameter anywhere to maximize the number of requests that can be send to a queue per second.
I used the operation : EnsLib.EMail.AlertOperation to send mail to handle error. However, I want to get more information about the error (session ID message, the date, the namespace... etc).
what is the best way to do it?
I tried to add informations in OnAlertRequest method as below but I need to change mail operation from all namespaces...
I have a running Cache DB system that the password for DBA isn't given the default password. How should one go to reset the password without having the credentials for DBA?
Is there a possibility to map a CSP page residing in namespace ABC to a namespace XYZ so you could access it as if executing from XYZ: http://localhost:57772/csp/xyz/MyPage.csp ? Some odd cocktail of web application and package mappings that could make this happen?
The idea is to keep the CSP page in sort of a read-only namespace that only contains code, with the data residing in another namespace. This works for zen pages, but not for CSP.

I'm working on zen report to display an examination report for a client.
They stored order information in several tables. Examination findings and diagnosis were recorded in a html page and codes of the page was stored in another table. We need to put them together in one single report.
So far we can only read the html codes from that table which is a whole page since it start from label <html> and have <header>. We know that if we are using javascript we can display the page by assigning the codes to innerHtml property of an iframe object.
