I've written several custom classes to add additional search capabilities to the user / clinician search defined in HS.UI.Registry.User.Find. I've tested it out, and it looks and works how I'd like it to, but I've run into a snag when trying to implement it.
The documentation for registering custom user interface pages shows a table of about 50 configuration registry keys for UI pages, but it only lists:
Hello again and welcome to the next tutorial on this series: Part 4 - Sharing data across router methods. Here we are going to learn how to share a object containing data that is available for read across every router methods.
You're required to complete at least the Part 1 before entering this one. Still, this is supposed to be a really short tutorial, since there isn't much to be said about data sharing.
before contacting WRC i thought to ask dev com about some questions related to Ensemble DICOM related implementation. These are more practical things and I hope to have someone around with experience in the field. We´ve created a DICOM Worklist application and are now in the process of roll-out.
I am trying to read a csv file and transfer it to a XML file without storing the objects to a database I have this code here doing the reading and have another method transferring the object read to a file but the reading one reads fine when it comes to the converting one I run to problems nothing happens any help appreciated
It is often necessary to run some external command such as a python program or a shell script from inside Caché/Ensemble. There are three ways of doing this:
I created a record map and my DTL works fine. I would like to query one of the values in my input record mapped class. How would I do that? I've tried request.Field1, document.Field1 and can't see to get my rule to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I'm trying to write an installer manifest that can create a namespace, resources (%DB_namespace) and a role (with the resource, above), based on the namespace. So you could pass in "ABC", or "XYZ", and it would create the %DB_ABC resource and the ABC role with %DB_ABC:RW permissions; or it will create the %DB_XYZ resource and the XYZ role with %DB_XYZ:RW permissions, accordingly.

I started working on Ensemble this year so maybe I am not implementing the right way. I'm trying to connect a Welch Allyn monitor to TrakCare. The workflow is the following:
- User scans patient number with the monitor.
- The monitor sends a QBP_Q22 message to request patient information
- Ensemble (or TrakCare) sends back a synchronous RSP_K22 containing the patient data (name, dob, sex)
- The user checks the patient's information displayed on the monitor, takes vital signs and sends them to TrakCare (via Ensemble)
I am sending a file in Postman and receiving a status 200OK. but i need to get the response in the body too. I have Implemented the class %CSP.REST to get the %request and %response. There is no default method to invoke and post the content via %Response class. Can any one suggest me the sample code for that.
I have a business service that brings in a xml virtual document to the production and also a csv service that brings in a csv file and have a process that transforms both to a xml output but I have a problem with the csv as it is giving me this error when I try to trans form it ```ERROR <Ens>ErrException: <PROPERTY DOES NOT EXIST>zOnRequest+1 ^EnsLib.MsgRouter.VDocRoutingEngine.1 *DocType``` I have read here followed the suggestion but now I do not get any errors but my m

We will be transitioning from a server running HP OpenVMS to one running RHEL 7. The main question some of the team had was what would be the best method for moving the globals to the new system.
Also, I was wondering if any others have transitioned from OpenVMS to RHEL. If so, were there any kinks that we should be aware of prior to transition?
I want to export a project from Studio, but when I do so I get an error that I cannot use the default name and should rename the project instead. However, I cannot find anywhere how I rename the project.
I just deployed my production from test to acceptance but I found that the deployment misses some Soap Webclient classes which are used by my business operation components. I have used the management portal to create the deployment (i.e. production settings -> Export) and I expected that all classes used by the production were automatically included. Apparantly, that is not the case. Is this default behaviour for Ensemble? And can I somehow force Ensemble to automatically include these classes?
I have an xml file that I read into objects and I am trying to print that file back in nested xml anyone with idea on how that can be achieved or where I can read in order to achieve this, here is an example of what I am trying to do.
Hi everyone! My company has a Zen ERP application with CSP delegated authentication. Now, we're developing a separated BI application, using Angular, which consumes DeepSee REST API services. Both applications access the same Caché database.
How to implement single sign-on strategy in order to allow an already authenticated ERP user to access DeepSee REST services? Has anyone already implemented something like that?
We just faced an issue of the Atelier main menubar being disabled (greyed out) after upgrading the macOS development machine to High Sierra. I would like to share my findings about the issue and how to fix it.
When implementing our Deltanji source control product on Ensemble or HealthShare sites I sometimes encounter places that implement multiple production classes, e.g. one for their DEV environment and another for their LIVE one.
If you have an app that uses some Caché client Windows components that are not included into CacheODBC distribution (e.g. CacheActiveX.dll), you need to proceed Caché client installation on end user's client computers and/or MS Terminal Servers. Being a part of Caché client's installation, Caché Cube is installed along with other components and is autostarted with every user's session. So, it becomes visible to every user.
To make it completely invisible, you can just move CACHE.lnk file from
I have this code here;I am trying to read a csv file but when I run this code I get <LIST>%open+3^%stream.Object.1 would anyone have a look and tell me where I am going wrong .Record mapper is fine but I need a custom csv Importer
One of the most important features during application development is the ability to debug your code easily. Because of the asynchrnous nature, a standard Node.js application server works single-threaded by default. When you are developing applications using an IDE like Visual Studio Code, you can very easily debug your Node.js process:
