Hi all

I'm new to ObjectScript and I've been experimenting the correlate method of %XML.Reader to convert an XML file I've loaded into its corresponding class. But, I have found that I am not getting all the child items of an element in a List contained within the converted class, only the last item.

Hi All,

Can you please guide me on how to restore the .cbk file from the 2015 Cache version into the 2017 version or any other versions of Cache or IRIS software? I have a new instance on my server. It's an entirely new server. I have a .cbk backup file. I want to restore the backup file into a new namespace which one I will create on my new server. When I am trying on ^DBREST utility, I am getting "This is not a Cache Backup File" this error.

Please advise on this. It's a bit urgent.

Hi, folks!

When you deploy DeepSee solutions you often do not want grant a User %All Role to work with a particular Dashboard.

Consider a Dashboard 'Dash' with a few widgets where listings are being used.

If you manage a Role to get access to the Dash you need to grant access to %DB_DBNAME resource to have a database access, grant access to a Dashboard resource (if any) and ... grant SELECT accesses to all the tables involved in SQL queries being used in all the listings of widgets.

I have a list of about 100 MPI IDs that I would like to run a report on. I want to list times that any data for these patients were accessed. Currently in "Managed Reports" we have a "Disclosure Report" which I think was a custom development effort, but it is per-patient.

I have a SQL query for the ATNA log but I'm not confident in its accuracy, so I thought I'd reach out and see how other Information Exchange's might get this data.

Does the Caché installer do all of the necessary setup for using Atelier when upgrading a pre-Atelier instance?

I just upgraded an Ensemble 2016.1 instance to 2016.2 and the /api/atelier web application wasn't created automatically. Aside from creating this web application is there anything else that needs to be done to support Atelier?

** UPDATE **
See my comment below -- this was caused by a permissions problem during the upgrade. After fixing the permissions problem and upgrading again Atelier works.

Ens Alert for Warning Types

I created a Ens.Alert process and set my services Alert on Error as well an my message router. But I would also like to be alerted for warning types. Is there an setting to be alerted for this type?

Cache Can't recognize UNC paths

Hi Guys,

have a file located in \\servername\Myfiles\pull.csv but for some reason my cache routine can't file, but can when using the local drive C:\servername\Myfiles\pull.csv.

FYI I can access \\servername\Myfiles\pull.csv via Win explorer with no problems.

anyway how I can fix this?

tl;dr I have discovered that using $THIS in a very specific way will make persistent objects go stale.

I found that it only happens when using $get on an array that contains the OID reference of $THIS. I assume that this is an unwanted feature and have raised a WRC. The problem can be recreated following the steps below, I have also posted the workaround that I am currently testing and looks to be working fine.

Multiple Rulesets

Hi,

In my routing rules I'd like to work with multiple rulesets. When running the proces, it only seems to execute the first ruleset.

Is it possible to have multiple rulesets active in the same business rule, or is there another way to not have to jam all rules in the same ruleset?

How to split an xml into 3 xml

Hi,

I have a xml stored in a globalCharrachter Stream.

I would like to get a full node parts of the xml to store it in an other file.

Exemple of an Xml store in cache

<doc>
<header></header>
<product></header>
<market></marker>
<doc>
</aaa>

I would like to generate new xml from this one like

<product></product> to product.xml

<market></market> to market.xml

Hello,

We have a need to track Database changes over time - down to the SQL level of granularity if possible. Such as: User xyz runs routine ^abc and we get something similar to a changelog that tells us: table A had this value updated, insert, update etc....

Is that possible using IRIS level tools (Audit Log, Journal File, etc...) , is there a way to convert the global sets and kills from the journals into SQL level changes?

Hi All,

I'm having an issue where I try to use SOAPUI for a mockup offline service, my issue is when I have the mockup service running in the background and try to send a request from cache I keep getting the following error: "ERROR #6454: No supported policy alternative in configuration".

I've tried to follow the common guidelines for resolving this issue but no luck.

So if there is maybe a nice article explaining how to send a proper request to the mockup service and then getting the response(which will be hardcoded values I've set).
