Missing Mirrored Database

Hi guys

I've added a new mirrored failover member to an existing one.

They are both Arbiter controlled.

When I do Add database to mirror on the primary I'm always getting an error. Missing Mirrored database.

I followed everything in the documentation and always get the same error.

I've copied the CACHE.dat file after umounting the database on both servers. then mounted them.

Could you help me out?

Hello,

Atelier 1.2 as well 1.3 throws java.lang.NullPointerException when opening a class file.

Never mind how to open the class file, 1) witin project explorer 2) atelier explorer 3) open resources 4) switcing between tabs (open files) etc..., I get these errors every time.

Never seen this problem in Atelier 1.1.

Do I miss something within the Eclipse environment?

Does anyone has the same problem?

Error in the SOAP Wizard

Hi,

In SOAP Wizard, whatever WSDL I pass, I m getting the following error in the SOAP Response. Even If I create my own SOAP Web-Service and pass its WSDL, I am getting the same.

Hi, I have VSCode on my Windows 10 notebook with intersystems-community.objectscript-pack installed. I'm successfully connected to remote IRIS (2021.1). I can export classes, change them, save and import back to IRIS.

But every time VSCode starts, the message "Request initialize failed with message: Dynamic Linking Error: Win32 error 126" is displayed and InterSystems Language Server does not start.

We are currently implementing the Data Innovations Instrument Manager product. In setting up our backup process we are wanting to use Veam snapshots. The application runs in a Caché 2016.1/Windows Server 2016 instance. We are running an HA primary/secondary/arbiter config. The statement below is from DI. I am curious to see what others that have implemented the DI Instrument Manager in the same or similar config have in place for backup.

"DI recommends is recommending that we not perform snapshots, but if you do choose to do so, here is some important information to consider.

In Studio you could open a class directly via it's name, without having to traverse the package tree with multiple clicks until arriving at the desired class.

You would Ctrl + O or (File -> Open) and be able to simply type in the class name, for example:

You press Enter, and viola - the class is opened.

How do you achieve this in VSCode?

Created a record map to read a flat-file of lab results.

Have multiple lines that represent result components for a given order per pt MRN.

Grouping these records together based upon the order number in a custom service to create a single XML message.

Within the XML message, there are some fields that occur once and some that occur one or more times.

Within the record map, the fields/properties that occur once are configured as "As %String. The fields/properties that occur more than once are configured as "As List of %String.

Ensemble does not start

Hi Team,

When I tried to open ensemble in my system I got bellow error.

I have done lots of code in my local system but now not able to open the ensemble.

I'm using Caché as an OAuth authorization server and I want to accept the password credentials grant type. I've found that if I make an authorize request, the Caché authorization server requires some URL parameters that shouldn't be required in password grant (redirect_uri, state, scope, and response_type). If I include these parameters, it calls my DirectLogin() method instead of just calling ValidateUser() as I would expect from the docs. I have two questions:

Calling Python Class Methods

Hi,

What is the Python syntax I can use from a ClassMethod (developed in an IRIS using embedded Python), in order to invoke another class method,

- in the same class; and

- in another class.

I see 'self' is synonymous to use $this (..) in ObjectScript, but these are ClassMethods I am invoking, and self did not seem to work.

Hi,

I am having a problem in REST service when de-serializing JSON using a nested Property.

I am new to Intersystems and my first time creating REST Service. I setup Atelier dev environment. The worst IDE I have ever worked in. I was able to attach to a process in the debug perspective and step through the code, but one cannot see contents of variables nor print anything to the console, so it is useless as a debugging tool. When looking at a variable all it displays is its type of the variable and if I try to "watch" I get:

I've mapped multiple tables (UNION on mapped SQL classes) into a view, using CREATE VIEW.

Through ODBC, in Entity Framework, I am querying against that view and offering paging. The paging is implemented using IQueryable.Skip and IQueryable.Take.

Skip seems to have unexpected results, I believe due to incorrect SQL generated by the Entity Framework provider, though perhaps I've done something incorrectly. The generated SQL looks similar to this (with some bits replaced or altered for security reasons), the basic structure is unaltered.

Custom SOAP header

Greetings!

Hopefully someone has an answer on this, I cannot find any example or understand from the documentation how to acheive this.

I have a SOAP header subclass

Class AddressType Extends %SOAP.Header
{

Parameter ELEMENTQUALIFIED = 1;

Parameter MAXLEN;

Parameter NAMESPACE = "urn:registry:1";

Parameter XMLNAME = "urn:LogicalAddress";

}

In my %SOAP.WebClient I use it like this:
