When I use Escape logic when inserting or updating Oracle Table I'm getting Max-Length exceeded error. With the original value the length is good but after I add Escape Logic, it causes value to be greater than max-length. The original value was "I visited O'Brien before heading out of town." and after added Escape logic it was "I visited O''Brien before heading out of town." Max-Length is 45.

INSERT INTO MyText
    (text)
VALUES
    ('I visited O''Brien before heading out of town.')
                 /\
             right here  

Any ideas around this?

One can modify Interoperability External-Service Registry in Management Portal (Interoperability > Configure > External-Service Registry).

Can the registry be accessed and modified programmatically?

Hi Developers!

I stuck with one interesting problem.

For example, let's use this template repo. If you build this container A using docker-compose and then run the container it exposes REST-API which is available on:

localhost:52773/person/all

The question is how to make this REST-API accessible from another docker container B running on the same machine? E.g. with IRIS 2019.4 Community from this repo?

The problem is that for the second container localhost it's something which belongs to container B.

I think I need to set up a network between containers somehow. E.g. using docker-compose. But is there any simpler way?

I know that collection is instance of %AbstractList.

But what about $listbuild? Does it possible to detect that given variable is instance of $lb?

Okay, we've got a quite useful way to very easily Import and export our objects as JSON, similar to what we already had before for XML.

So, It's a %JSON.Adaptor. But the issue here I faced with, working with Stream properties.

I have an example, when I generate an object, with stream binary stream properties. Export and Import the same, but getting the different resulting objects, depends on the original size of streams.
