I got an error that occurs inside %CSP.Broker. That class is located inside %SYS namespace.

I tried lot of things (including checking system logs) but ultimately what would really help would be to be able to modify that class to add my own logs into it.

If I try to modify it, I got this error message:

Item '%CSP.Broker' is mapped from a database that you do no have write permissions on.

I have a basic task of having one CSV with some data. I need to transform one column in the initial dataset and get the new csv with the same form.

What's the best approach with Interoperability?

Should I user record mapper?

Should I use streams, objects?

What is the best practice?

Line Separator

Hello all,
I am facing a little issue with line separators. I export classes with $SYSTEM.OBJ.Export to the file system, but I'm on a Linux (docker) environment and he uses LF.

Is it somehow possible to change the line separator for the export or in general?

I am looking into creating a ZSTOP as you probably have seen from my previous posts, is there a way to capture the type of shutdown that occurred? So say if there was an unknown hardware failure (forced), vs a user shutdown? Mainly looking for user or system shutdown when we force another destination to become the primary in the mirror. So if a user shutdown the production to do.,... Task A, Task B etc..

I am trying to write a message to a Kafta cluster programmatically (i.e. not in Ensemble or using a Production) using %External.Messaging. I am consistently getting a 'topic not found error' even though I have created the topic on the cluster. I dug into the client I created an when accessing the property KaftaClient.jclient.gateway I get the following output:

Hello,

Do you know if there is any way to disable the automatic tuning IRIS is doing every time a class is altered? It just takes too long in our case and is holding the system, so I'd like to tune the tables when I decide it (again).

I've seen in the documentation that for 2023 version there is an option present in the backend. But not for 2022, so I assume a flag is needed somewhere.

Class Documentation

I like to add documentation to the top of every class I write. Is there a way to modify or create a template that would automatically add the lines below to the top of the class? I primarily use Studio IDE but would like to be able to do this using VS Code as well.

I have tried many methods from super classes of %CSP.REST but I can't find a method I can override that will run after the %response object is created so I can set a header that is common to each implementation method. It's one line of code in each method to set the header but it would like to make it super easy, simple and just have a method that runs on, before, after the implementation method to set this common header (we want to return the API version in each responses HTTP headers.

Sorry for the vague title! But I wonder what would be the best way to easily import a large XML-file into a production, modifying it by deleting elements and nodes depending on what values are in those nodes/elements and later creating whole new XML-file from that?

LDAP Logging

I am trying to troubleshoot an issue with LDAP and a specific user. Besides what is in the Audit Database is there another way to look to see the LDAP functionality that is being called and the response, like there is with OAuth and the ISCLOG? The Audit Log is returning a failure (Unexpected - /api/atelier login failure | InterSystems Developer Community) for this particular user, and I want to get proof that it might be something with the LDAP and not IRIS.

I have two tables LB_TestSet and LB_Transfer

LB_Transfer has a list if TestSet row IDs, so i am doing the following join

SELECT 
LBTS_RowID,
,LBTS_CollectedDate
FROM SQLUser.LB_TestSet 
JOIN SQLUser.LB_Transfer ON ($LISTBUILD(LBTS_RowID) %INLIST LBTR_TestSetList)

Without the date filter the query returns data, but if i add the date filter no data is returned

I also tried using %INTERNAL, %EXTERNAL TO_DATE('2009-01-01','YYYY-MM-DD')
