Ran into an issue this morning, that I am having a hard time trying to track down what might have caused the issue. We have a Business Rule that sends HL7 ADT to a Business Process that inserts the data into a MS SQL Server using a Custom Business Operation (SQL Outbound Adapter).

Hi,

I have a scenario where I recognize that I have a duplicate patient in FHIR , both have a different set of data attached to them (Specimens / Observations / Conditions) and I want to transfer all the data from patient X to patient Y, and maybe mark patient X as not relevant or delete it IDK yet.

since Patch currently supports only single patch,

"The Conditional Patch query identified more than one resource."

Hello every one,

I am a rookie and i am willing to gain some experience on IRIS for Health by doing some development.

I went through the website and found only an online development environment.

But I want to take it a step further ahead bu downloading the software for my own and trying something new.

But, unfortunately I did not find a link to download the IRIS for Health.

I would be pleased if there is any one who has the link to help me out with it.

The fhir-react project is a React UI framework based on Google Material Design, which covers almost all FHIR resources for versions DSTU2, STU3 and R4.

It design it's really friendly - there's just one component! As FHIR resource types are standards, the framework resolves internally what rendering class must be used.

ICMP/Ping with ObjectScript

Is it possible to "Ping" a remote host in IRIS for Health using ObjectScript? We host hundreds of TCP connections over hundreds of VPNs. I'm working on a project that would make it nice to have way to ping remove clients over the VPN to monitor connectivity and keep the tunnels alive.

Another thought/method would be to make an OS system call (AWS Linux), but I don't see a way to do that either.

SQL proxy to HL7 query/response

Use case: small in-house hospital systems that query patient demographics via SQL. The new PAS being implemented in the near future will only support query/response via HL7. SQL access is available but intended for reporting so up to 24 hours behind.

Probably the easiest option is to set up a database in Ensemble and keep it up to date via standard ADT feed. This is going to have quite a large footprint and has a risk of getting out of sync.
