For Login in CSP application, I am displaying custom Login page which is rendered from subclass CSS.CSP.Login that extends %CSP.Login, and also got IBA.CSP.Page that extends %CSP.Page with overridden method OnPreHTTP(). This setup is working perfectly for normal login.

In the WRC, we often see customers raise questions regarding a new Web Gateway setup where the Management Portal half-loads, but doesn’t show images. This article will explain why this error occurs, as well as how to fix it. This explanation is focused on the Web Gateway serving InterSystems IRIS instances, but the same explanation should apply to the CSP Gateway serving Caché instances as well.

How to install the WebGateway package without interactive mode ?

I need to install this package in apache container

we've set up a new RHEL server 7.9

I was able to get the portal to work partially from running this command

[root@facsp1 DSA200]# firewall-cmd --zone=public --add-port=57772/tcp --permanent
success

though as I said it was partial. any idea where else I need to change to make this work?

Recently, I needed to run WebGateway on an additional port but with a twist - this port should publish only one web application.
At first, I thought about configuring Web Gateway to allow only specific web applications (~urls), but Web Gateway configuration is per Apache configuration:

I have a problem with a FHIR Interop scenario that the HTTP Header Value content-type between IRIS and client changes in case of an error (HTTP 422). If I set the status in the response to 200 OK as the last step in the service class, the return transmission works.

Within my operation class, the error code is taken from the source system and entered in the HS.FHIRServer.Interop.Response message.

I've disabled TLS v1.0 and 1.1 within Healthshare setting, but still seeing these error messages when running a security scan. We do have apache being used. What else can I try?

While upgrading old Ensemble and Health Connect applications to V 2024.1 we are installing many webgateways since the private webserver is deprecated.

Configuring the "Default Parameters" we can determine the "Event Log Rotation Size" but not the count of preserved logfiles. So even if the webgateway cuts the logs in pieces they could fill up the disk space entirely for there seems to be no cleanup-job for old logfiles.

What is the recommended way to deal with this situation?

Do I have to create a schduled job on OS-level?

After upgrading we had 2 major problems with the new version:

- Resending messages adds blank lines.
Because we have many HL7 processes, we regulary have to resend messages if there is an outage of a server we connect with.

I just restarted an AWS instance that have been dormant for 6 months (license still valid) only to find that the web application on there doesn't work and that I cannot connect to the management portal. I can however connect to the web gateway fine but it reports the "Server is currently unavailable".

Grateful any for any advice.

I have a .woff2 file I'm trying to serve over CSP.

If I set:
^%SYS("CSP","DefaultFileCharset")="UTF8"

Then it "just works" - but I'd rather not do something so heavy-handed/instance-wide, on principle. (This is for something that will ultimately be published on the Open Exchange.)

A more granular option, it seems, is described in the %CSP.StreamServer class reference:

I have SourceControl utility class as in sys namespace

 Class %MW.Web Extends %CSP.Page {... }

Previously with Cache 2010.1 and below there was no problem accessing it through

localhost:57772:/csp/myns/%MW.Web.cls

But now with newer version at least with 2016.2 I' ll get Forbidden message from it.
