We need to generate a PDF file from an HL7 message as it passes through an Ensemble production. Looking for examples, tutorials, documentation aligned to our scenario.

We are currently using Ensemble (so can't use InterSystems Reports at the moment). Thinking Zen reports...

We can get from HL7 to XML OK, following Introduction to InterSystems Health Connect - YouTube (see c.1:11:00-1:13:00)

Search in all namespaces

Hi Team,

Is there a way to search for a string or use of a function in all namespaces in one go.

Studio option "Search in files"/Ctrl+shift+F search all files in the current namespace. We have 13 namespaces and wanted to know if there is an easy way to search in all namespaces in one go.

Hello,

I need to create a query that return the amount of heath related information from a patient.

I created one using the Analitics but, once our Analitcs database is update once a day this information is not reliable during the current query day.

Part of my Analitcs query is shown below. Where can I find the equivalent tables in Health Share? Any help is appreciate.

For testing purposes, I would like to create an EnsLib.HL7.Message from either a %String or a file on disk and pass it into a function in a unit test (outside of an Ensemble context). EnsLib.HL7.Parser appears to do the necessary parsing, but it also sends the message via Ensemble service rather than returning it as a value. Is there a way to leverage the parsing outside of a Ensemble service? Alternatively, is there another way to create an EnsLib.HL7.Message?

The class %Compiler.UDL.TextServices arrived in 2015.1, bringing us methods for exporting a class in UDL format (i.e. looking just like we're used to seeing it in Studio), and importing a UDL format definition back into a namespace. Some source control tools including our Deltanji are now able to use UDL format, resulting in diffs that are easier to understand.

I'd like to find out what things regarding the Message Viewer you all in the community have found difficult/confusing/poorly documented. This can of course include things that you don’t know how to do yet, but would like to learn about.

Does anyone in the developer community have experience implementing a customized SDA3 container within HealthShare? There is a course on the learning site (ISC1086) that discusses how to do this, but it's currently listed as "coming soon" and I'm hoping to find some documentation.

Alert emails are pretty terse - they are fine for me but I'd like something a bit more friendly when sending alerts to end users.

Instead of this

Since .Net has a unified package manager system (Nuget.org) why doesn't Intersystems create and add a nuget package (.nupkg) containing the InterSystems.Data.IRISClient.dll file.

This would make it easier for external .net developers to obtain the package for creating tools and/or applications that utilize Iris/Iris4Health

Can Intersystems create a nuget package?

Message Count

Looking for a SQL query or any other method to find the Unique/distinct message counts for all productions or at least per production namespace within a given time frame. For e.g TimeCreated = January 2025 (Whole month)

I have used the following, but its not restricting the numbers based on the TimeCreated filter. Every time a new message is processed by system, its added to the total. I am running the query in today's date

Select Sum(MsgCount)

From

(Select DISTINCT TargetConfigName, count(DISTINCT SessionID) as MsgCount

FROM ENS.MessageHeader

Doing the following query in Edge we are able to list the records of all patients.
