Working on implementation FHIR to my project, I found interesting project HAPI-FHIR, which could help me to quickly launch my FHIR api server with InterSystems Caché as a storage, because this projects uses Hibernate to connect to database, as an example they use DerbyDB. I tried to change settings to use InterSystems Caché, but unfortunately it does not work and throw some errors inside HIbernate. As I found in Caché documentation, I have not some many options, I just have to set Cache dialect, and set database url.
I use rest service on Health Connect and will has utilized HL7 FHIR for get information of external database. But i don't find exemplo in oficial documentation. Someone to utilize the HL7 FHIR for info request in to external database?
Hi All, I am a product owner for a 3rd party healthcare product. We have built FHIR integrations with Cerner and EPIC using their FHIR sandboxes and would like to do the same for Trakcare.
Essentially we can lookup a patient record on the FHIR sandbox and import their demographics into our product. Switch out the sandbox credentials for production and we can integrate directly into the customers data.
Starting a FHIR repository project with IRIS for Health, what are the pros and cons to use R5 instead of R4 ? What is the effort to migrate from R4 to R5 the FHIR repo ? What are the risks or disadvantages to use R5 ?
Having a recent project to create a FHIR repository, I want to know (as looking at the code) if HealthShare FHIR implementaton supports subscriptions?. I know it records the subscriptions ok, BUT does it handle sending the subscription out (based on the tags) to an endpoint (i.e. when a new FHIR request commits data that would trigger the subscription) ?, I'm 50% it doesn't, but would rather find out for sure before shoe horning something in.
1. I saw there are built in DTLs “FHIR.FromSDA” and “FHIR.ToSDA” to convert SDA -> FHIR and FHIR -> SDA. Similarly Do Intersystems have DTLs for HL7 -> FHIR and FHIR -> HL7?
2. The reason why I am asking is, I see in HSLIB namespace HS->GateWay->HL7->HL7toSDA3 and HS->GateWay->SDA3->SDA3toHL7 DTLs. Like-wise I am trying to locate HL7 -> FHIR and FHIR -> HL7. Please help me to locate them

I have a scenario where I recognize that I have a duplicate patient in FHIR , both have a different set of data attached to them (Specimens / Observations / Conditions) and I want to transfer all the data from patient X to patient Y, and maybe mark patient X as not relevant or delete it IDK yet.

Cures Act USCDI/ C-CDAv21 certification. I am looking for SDA3 examples for Newman-Bates-Kid/registry settings/advices on how to learn / whatever is helpful. InterSystems xsl files are clean but I am not working very often with xsl. I am mainly looking at Provenance and Clinical Notes, the 2 last errors we have. InterSystems documentation, so far I know, is very poor: only classes and some pages. Support has a small knowledge about SDA3 -> C-CDAv21 even if they try very hard to help.
I'm trying to configure a new interface that reads HL7, transform them into FHIR messages and then send POST or PUT or DELETE depending on HL7 doc type.
1-I added an HL7 TCP service that reads ADTs messages
2a-Send ADTs to a process to transform them into SDA (using the following command: do ##class(HS.Gateway.HL7.HL7ToSDA3).GetSDA(request,.con))
2b-Extract the patient MRN and add it to the AdditionalInfo property (using the following request message class: HS.Message.XMLMessage)
While configuring FHIR Server I could not find "Health > FHIR Configuration > Server Configuration" option. I am using InterSystems IRIS community edition on my local PC.
If I add the same patient data with a different unique ID then it inserts as new data using a POST request. So, In the FHIR server How can I prevent this kind of thing by using POST requests? Note:- I don't want to use a PUT request for the same. The main thing is I want to get a unique patient record. Que:- Is there any way to check data duplication on each FHIR resource?
I am trying to configure OAuth2 server to connect to Cerner Auth server to get FHIR API access token but I am getting the error "Discovery response not valid".
I can get the access token back okay from Cerner endpoint used in the OAuth configuration below via Postman and Manually sending the request via HTTP Operation from HealthShare, so the URLs I am using looks correct but the OAuth configuration is not working.
I am looking for a way to serialize fhir content received via interoperability adapter into it´s corresponding ISC model class (e.g. HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Resource.DiagnosticReport) for later use. In my opinion the outline to accomplish this would be something like
1) Receive the FHIR data 2) Get quick stream containing the JSON data 3) Examine if bundle or single ressource 4) For resource serialize to coressponding model class (HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Resource.*) 5) further use of newly created object of type HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Resource.*
In my local IRIS, I am learning FHIR for the first time. Can anyone help me set up FHIR SQL Builder.
After following the e-learning video, I tried to set up FHIR SQL Builder on my localhost. However, when I applied data for Transformation Specification details the "Analysis has no records" error appears.
We are setting up FHIR SQL builder analysis set up in cloud but it is refused the connection. Could anyone please help to share your idea to resolve the issue. Why it is throwing connection refused. Any configuration missing?
