I finally figured out how to get JWT token using set x = ##class(%SYS.OAuth2.Authorization).GetAccessTokenClient("medbank","openid fhirUser",.prop,.err).

I also found iris-fhir-client app on Open Exchange. I registered Epic sandbox server, but I cannot list resources. I suspect I need to integrate authorization / authentication. How do I do this with irisfhirclient py?

I use rest service on Health Connect and will has utilized HL7 FHIR for get information of external database. But i don't find exemplo in oficial documentation.
Someone to utilize the HL7 FHIR for info request in to external database?

Having a recent project to create a FHIR repository, I want to know (as looking at the code) if HealthShare FHIR implementaton supports subscriptions?. I know it records the subscriptions ok, BUT does it handle sending the subscription out (based on the tags) to an endpoint (i.e. when a new FHIR request commits data that would trigger the subscription) ?, I'm 50% it doesn't, but would rather find out for sure before shoe horning something in.

I'm trying to configure a new interface that reads HL7, transform them into FHIR messages and then send POST or PUT or DELETE depending on HL7 doc type.

1-I added an HL7 TCP service that reads ADTs messages

2a-Send ADTs to a process to transform them into SDA (using the following command: do ##class(HS.Gateway.HL7.HL7ToSDA3).GetSDA(request,.con))

2b-Extract the patient MRN and add it to the AdditionalInfo property (using the following request message class: HS.Message.XMLMessage)

Can you please suggest how to import vR4 packages for my FHIR application implementation. I can see SDA3 packages but want to work with vR4.

Is there any version compatibility for SDA3/vR4? What is the difference of SDA3 and vR4?

Cures Act USCDI/ C-CDAv21 certification. I am looking for SDA3 examples for Newman-Bates-Kid/registry settings/advices on how to learn / whatever is helpful. InterSystems xsl files are clean but I am not working very often with xsl. I am mainly looking at Provenance and Clinical Notes, the 2 last errors we have. InterSystems documentation, so far I know, is very poor: only classes and some pages. Support has a small knowledge about SDA3 -> C-CDAv21 even if they try very hard to help.

Hi, what is the easiest way to clear all the tables which store FHIR data? The most straitforward approach is to get a list of tables using the information_schema.tables view, then execute dynamic SQL with the "delete from" clause, but perhaps some helper class has already been written for this purpose?

Using the FHIR DEMO, I have pieced together how to make a FHIR Request using OAuth against an External FHIR Repository. When I execute the Patient search (HS.FHIRServer.Interop.Request), I get a HS.FHIRServer.Interop.Response that has a Quick Stream ID, which I then use to convert the Quick Stream to a JSON Dynamic Object. if I do a trace on the Raw JSON Object, I am able to pull out single elements, however I want to pull the raw JSON into a defined Class Structure.

I am sending a PUT FHIR message for a CodeSystem Resource using the defailt Service and server that was installed when I installed the FHIR on the NameSpace.

When I try to use the FHIR Request "id" property it is empty; e.g. pFHIRRequest.id is EMPTY. I really need to get this value, how can I get it?
