I recently spent some time with Atelier, and tried to use it's inherited (from Eclipse) XSL transformation capabilities.

I have installed Exlipse XML Editor and Tools and Orangevolt XSLT - as it provides Saxon XSLT processor.

I have XSLT 2.0 transformation defined, that uses isc:evaluate() callback function to perform some server side code.

And here is my problem: when I try to run XSL transformation of a file in my project, then as soon as the processor hits isc:evaluate() it fails.

I am currently debugging a piece of code relying heavily on macros. I am using breaks in the method to then check the values of macros and object properties as I go. However, any time I invoke a macro within a break I get an error. To get around this I am converting the macro calls into the underlying code. Some of these macros have messy translations and this is somewhat time consuming. Is there an easier way to access macros from within a break?

i've my Rest class that receive an HTTP request from a client side , i want to know how extract data from this http request , for example : date , id_client and measures taken by the client ( i need to extract a weight value catched from a connected scale to my smart phone via bluetooth ) .

I have discussed extensively with Andrew Cheshire, the author of the Atelier parser (which I'll be able to hack on and reuse for CachéQuality -- yay!), and while we were at it, we also discussed code coverage.

We ended up talking about the ZBREAK command and its /TRACE option.

I've been looking at the idea of developing a Time Travel Debugger utility.

It would take a debug target and have a few options such as stack depth and disclude system code.

The debugger would either be started from an external tool, or triggered from a line of code inserted into a method that I want to record.

The debugger would execute the code from start to end and record the full stack on each step to the configured depth.

I'm using Insomnia software for testing my REST applications from cache and wanted to know how do I debug POST that got sent into backend by this tool via json sent from the request body!

I'm using 2018 cache and running tests by VSCode

I've faced a problem that happens while debugging a process in VSCode. It doesn't seem to matter if this is in a container, on my development VM, or against a locally installed version of IRIS. The problem seems to be mostly with X12 Documents.

So, in a debug session, I can dump out a value to the debug console and it loos correct. The same variable in VSCode appears to be some uninitialized memory location.

In the interactive debugger window:

Hello all, I created a web service and I am trying to access it using SoapUI but I get this error:

It appears to be trying to make an entry in the ^oddCOM global, but is getting a PROTECT error.

The code I'm researching loosely follows this flow:

1. My first callback
2. Black box
3. My second callback

I can modify 1 and 3 no problem but modifying 2 is difficult.

However I think that step 2 has some optimization problems, namely:

• instantiates lots of objects
• throws/catches lots of exceptions (not logged)

Is there a way to count these two metrics?

I am fairly new to Cache and ObjectScript. I have a new task I have created with a corresponding method that I am trying to debug in Studio (2013).

My ClassMethod looks like this

When I try to debug this using studio, I browse to my method but I am not certain what to put in here for the input parameter 'pWorkCount'.

Hi i have rules and i want to log them to analyse what rules executed , I want to add in the log Msg Controller Id, MRN, Value coming in the message, and my customize text telling whats wrong with this field... i have like 50 rules and at the end i can check the log table and found like 20 entries so it means 20 data issues are there for a given message control id. any advice how to to do it

We have a large number of processes and operations being applied to outbound HL7 messages from our PAS.

If I select a message, and open its visual trace, I see the service, as well as all processes, and operations.

My debugging is often about a new operation, and I don't need to see all the other operations that are in functioning as desired.
