New in version 2023.3 (of InterSystems IRIS for Health) is a capability to perform FHIR profile-based validation.

In this article I'll provide a basic overview of this capability.

We resume our series of articles on the FHIR Adapter tool available to HealthShare HealthConnect and InterSystems IRIS users.

In the previous articles we have presented the small application on which we set up our workshop and showed the architecture deployed in our IRIS instance after installing the FHIR Adapter. I was wondering how if the "old FHIR gateway" works with the latest release of HealthShare Information Exchange. Since there is an impact on the amount of storage needed to use the "FHIR Gateway 2 which uses the Operation Data Store (ODS)", my question is how (if at all) can FHIR access to Information Exchange work without ODS?

FHIR profiles is a very useful feature of FHIR standard that helps an organization or solution to establish constraints to a very disperse FHIR standards that are relevant to a particular business solution. I created a very simple FHIR profile with the following JSON:

I get always the following error when I query our FHIR repository with a specific TAG

/csp/healthshare/fhirserver/fhir/Encounter?_tag=

ERROR #5002: Cache error: <INVALID OREF>zSearch+86 ^HS.FHIR.Repository.Operations.1

I've deleted rows from cache database. On the table HS_FHIR_Repository_Resource.Encounter as we had duplicate records...

Any help would be great

I am receiving a FHIR bundle and I need to extract data from it and wondered if there was an easier way of doing this rather than looping through the data as suggested in Working with FHIR Data | FHIR Support in InterSystems Products | InterSystems IRIS for Health 2023.2.

Is there any way to integrate or access the data from cloud Integration tool called SnapLogic.

Does InterSystems support any integration? Or can you suggest any sandbox available for FHIR to download and access the data.
