I have a CSP page that needs to allow the user to submit a file. I have a form with an element in it <input type="file" name="file"/> which allows the user to select the file they want to upload from their local filesystem.
How do I go about actually getting the file to be sent to the server?
I got a resultset, and some columns might be a JSON_OBJECT. Is there a way (based on metadata) to determine that the column was formed from JSON_OBJECT function?
set rs = ##class(%SQL.Statement).%ExecDirect(,"SELECT 1 colA, JSON_OBJECT('id':1) col2")
do rs.%Display()
I am having a problem when using atelier on my instance, which I just synched from perforce on latest and then did a built
I am getting the error
ERROR #5880: Unable to create source control class: %Studio.SourceControl.ISC [zSourceControlCreate+17^%Studio.SourceControl.Interface.1:%SYS]
every time I want to open any class or routine from %SYS namespace in the Server tab.

I am not system admin. But it used to be very simple to install CSP Gateway on an apache system on Linux with Apache installed. I used to run the CSP Gateway installation program and after it was done, all I had to do was fine tune some configurations on CSP Gateway portal on http://<ip>/csp/bin/Systems/Module.cxw and I was up and running.
I am trying to come up with a way to decode the Base64 we receive in an HL7 message into a PDF file and save it in a directory on our AIX machine. I thought I had the following working at one time but I am having issues. Has anyone done this before?
When working with a large query executed though an ODBC connection what is the best way to allow the paging of the results at the client side. I have tried some methods using %VID and similar methods, but these really don't seem to work as the value returned is related to the ID of the data and not the position in the results set. What would be ideal is if the value seen in the management portal when you check of "Row Number" was available to external queries through ODBC. I have not seen a way to return this however.
I have a CSP page that throw a "414 error - Request-URI Too Long" when I put lot of text (eg : 10000 characters) into a field of a submitted form. The form is submitted using POST method.
Based on some experiments I made, it seems the max size of a URL is around 8200 characters.
What is the official limit, and is there a way to increase it ? I searched in the documentation but couldn't find anything.
I have a question / issue regarding the calling list.FindOref(<object from indexOpen call>) Here is a simple way to reproduce the issue: 2 classes: Utility.contacttypes and Utility.person *************************
Class Utility.contacttypes Extends %Persistent
{
Property description As %Library.String(TRUNCATE = 1);
/// Index for property description
Index descriptionIndex On description [ Unique ];
}
Recently our team have been getting requests to pickup a large amount of data from API nightly (e.g. using ODATA to loop through pages) and placing that into MS SQL databases.
My question is, what is considered the best practice to get data from API and route to external SQL database WITHOUT persisting any messages/traces etc?
I found another question on how to change the language for Studio (but it would've been nice to have my actual language used - Ukrainian, since it's available, or was available). Still, I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of gibberish in the menu without changing the Windows settings:
I do have a class where one it's fields is defined as %TimeStamp and I did query to select all records and if current datetime is bigger then what's in my nextScheduled filed and basically with this condition below I should have all records stored in ^badis but for some reason I'm only getting the first record
I have two tables: one a local table using cache and the other is via an SQL gateway connection to an MSSQL Server via a 64bit ODBC driver (ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server).
When I try to join them on a date field I don't get any matches, and I know that there are matches, e.g. running both views separately returns resuls for 30/11/2022.
The following statement returns rows for the first table r, but nothing for the table l
I'm converting a DTM system to Caché and trying to use the Caché Terminal as the UI. I've come across and removed some DTM formatting for printed text that does not do anything in Caché (actually, it caused errors). The printed output to the default Windows printer ("|PRN|") has been working and the printed documents in text-only format look fine. I am testing on a low-end HP laser printer and a Brother laser. The client has done a print test to his own older HP laser from his Caché instance and the text renders fine.
I recently moved to a Mac M2. I was already using VSCode on my intel-based Mac, and used the plug "objectscriptQuality for VSCode". It installs nicely, but it does not seem to do anything, not even an error. I installed the same java version (but ARM based) as on my old machine so that prerequisite is met. Also set the path to java in VSCode.
Any clues/has anyone got this working on a Mac based on Apple silicon M1/M2 chips?
I've set up a Ens.Alert routing rule and would like to route alerts to different email groups based on business partner or alert group instead of relying on source config using Document.SourceConfigName. Is there a way to reference the business partner or alert group property in a routing rule?
