When wanting to use VS-Code for server-side editing.. - In VS-code I can right click on a server item (eg a class) to see a set of menu options including 'Server Source Control... ' and 'Server Command Menu...' at the bottom.

I noticed that these options are somewhat connected to my server-side source control hooks class that inherits from %Studio.SourceControl.Base, however, I am seeing different behavior between my custom subclass of this, and, the provided %Atelier.SourceControl subclass.

In addition to IntelliJ IDEA, it's now possible to configure SublimeText3 to be able to compile code there too. And what you will need is just the language server I did.

I am attempting to prevent ADT merge messages from coming into Healthshare if the MRN being merged does not exist. To my mind, the best way to do this would be to check the PriorPatientIdentifierList.IDNumber against the HS.SDAStreamletMRN global. However, I'm not able to get it to work in Business Rule classes.

I have json equivalent persistent object in pjsonObj variable. Final JSON example below.

Here FileContent field in json will contain converted base64 string of very large pdf(10pages). I need to submit this json as a payload to REST endpoint.

below code is working fine.

Calling InterSystems.XEP.Event.Store(object[]) issues an unnecessary debug console line "Elapsed server write time:..." which is polluting the console window.
Traced it to a IRIS.xepSSNDFinish

Is there any way this can be disabled?

Is it possible train an IntegratedML model on docker build or docker up?

Out of curiosity, I was looking in ^ROUTINE global to see how routines are stored internally.

I found out that lot of nodes are displaying "~pointer" as associated value (eg: instead of a string).

What are those pointers ? My guess is that it references some cache internal structure (eg: some nodes inside a B-Tree).

Is there a easily way to see what is behind ? Are pointers useful for user globals or is this something purely internal to Cache database ?

In some testing scenarios, I need to clone the database. While I use only SQL access.

I need all data to be cloned, not mapped from the original database, and a separate database to be accessed.

Is there any way to do so?

Who has never been through in the following situation:

I have an application/global configuration that is not and cannot be mapped to a class, but it is necessary to provide a stored procedure so that a report tool using ODBC/JDBC or even using the resultset of IRIS itself, can access the data and generate the report.

In IRIS we have a functionality that allows us to create a query that can be accessed internally and also be exposed as a stored procedure, with our own logic. That functionality is Custom Class Query.
