Hi.

What is the best/right way to unlock the object in ObjectScript after the lock was acquired by %OpenId class method? Setting the opened object to null (Set object="") doesn't release the lock.

Does anyone have an example of the method used to run an SQL query and generate the view in a Mumps routine. I have several SQL queries created from a vendor that need to be converted and the corresponding view referenced. I cannot seem to find any examples in IDX routines or in the IRIS/Cache documentation. Any help is appreciated.

My approach was to a create a utility function accessible from a DTL like this:

We will receive an ORM message in Business Service in Iris. From that ORM, an ADT^A31 message will be generated and sent out to the EMR before the ORM message is sent out. The ORM message has to wait until Iris receives an acknowledgement from the EMR indicating the ADT message was received. Then, the ORM message will be sent to the EMR. What do I need to set up to hold the ORM message until the acknowledgement is received?

I am trying to use a %Status property on some of my Response classes. If the execution of a service goes wrong, I set the %Status property on Response with the value $$$ERROR($$$GeneralError, "pre-defined error message").

When I check the visual trace for this message and look for the %Status (property "status_code" on the image), it is displayed like this:

If I select to display the Body of the Response, I get the 'readable' form of %Status:

I'm trying to serialize property of type %TimeStamp in SQL statement with JSON_OBJECT, but I get a raw string instead of JSON DateTime format string. %JSONExport method on the same object works fine.

Any ideas?

Let's say I have two lists of connected data where elements of listTwo only make sense if given an item of listOne as context:

listOne = ["A", "B", "C"]

listTwo = ["x", "y", "z"]

Tuples like ("A", "y") and ("C, "x") make sense, but "A" or "x" by themselves don't. I would like to pass in a list of such tuples into a method and have it handle each tuple in the list. So what would be the best way to format them given that ObjectScript does not have specialized tuples? Would it be nested $LISTBUILD lists or something else?

I have a SOAP web service on an IRIS system. From within the code of the WebMethod I would like to log the remote IP address of the client. Is there any way to get access to the client's IP address from the ObjectScript code in the SOAP service? This will save me some headaches correlating logs from IRIS with web server logs.

I have created an object script class method to anonymize live hl7 messages with some info masking.

To anonymize files , I need to place live messages in d://input folder and need to execute the below command in the Intersystems terminal

do ##class(prashanth.tool.HL7Annonymiser).processFilesInDir("D:\Input\")

ANONYMIZED files will be generated in D:\output\" folder.

everything is working fine.

Here when i need to annonymise some files ,

1) I need to open terminal (iris)

2) connected to user

I have installed Visual Studio on my PC and connecting to IRIS on my Linux server.

I have installed the InterSystems extensions.

I click on the InterSystems icon on left->Click on "Choose Server and Namespace" -> Pick my server myTrak.

However I get this error:

Is there anyway outside of IRIS and Ensemble to guage what Port they are using?

Ideally through file explorer, if it exists in a config file at all.

I want to avoid searching through all active ports on the machine if possible.

We're looking to create a quick and simple test to see if all firewalls are open on 1972 between a linux based web server VM and a VM running InterSystems IRIS. Does anyone have any ideas for a quick command that can be run from UNIX console that will provide confirmation that traffic is able to get to 1972 on an IRIS machine?

BTW - I don't think it makes any difference but the IRIS machine is running Windows
