Hello John, thank you so very much for your response. I execute this command: C:\InterSystems\IRISHealth\bin\IRISinstall.exe setervicename IRIS myservice serviceusername servicepw 

I receive confirmation that my username and password have been added.
I also went to the InterSystems IRIS Controller and used the account above. But I still get the same error.

I am a newbie in this territory :)
