I wrote a function awhile back to take Encoded Base 64 and write the PDF out to a file that could be sent to a faxing system to fax out. We are trying to test this code out in IRIS and I am seeing an error that I have not seen before... ERROR #5034: Invalid status code structure

I have a class using the JSON adaptor:

Property Version As %String;

}

The Version property could be either a string or a number in the JSON source data. If it's a string, importing it will succeed. If it's a number, importing fails.

I'm trying to create a SOAP service between two systems (one client and one server) to transfer files from the client to the server.

I'm reading through the documentation available at https://docs.intersystems.com/iris20223/csp/docbook/DocBook.UI.Page.cls?... but wanted to look at an actual example of code (preferably a small example for both systems).

If anyone has such an example or could create one, it would greatly help me understand how SOAP services work.

When I launch IRIS as a docker container instance, e.g. like this one:

docker run --name iris-sql -d --publish 9091:1972 --publish 9092:52773 intersystemsdc/iris-community

And then try to connect to it e.g. via irissqlcli it says I need to change the password:

I followed the instructions to setup the Port Authority Report in our new IRIS instances, but noticed if I tell it to run every hour I am getting the following error message...

We're looking to create a quick and simple test to see if all firewalls are open on 1972 between a linux based web server VM and a VM running InterSystems IRIS. Does anyone have any ideas for a quick command that can be run from UNIX console that will provide confirmation that traffic is able to get to 1972 on an IRIS machine?

BTW - I don't think it makes any difference but the IRIS machine is running Windows

On an IRIS system, we expect the default string collation for SQL columns to be SQLUPPER. This means WHERE conditions will be case-insensitive. However, when I make a WHERE condition on a SQL procedure that returns a string, it's case sensitive.For example:

I'm trying to read the response to a long (indefinitely) running HTTP response with Transfer-Encoding: chunked. Ideally I'd be able to read the individual chunks from the response and do something with them as they arrive rather than needing to wait for the response to finish (because it never will) - ultimately I'm thinking to wrap these back up over a WebSocket connection which seems cleaner from an API perspective.

So far it looks like my options are:

Most of the databases with SQL access offers the DATE_TRUNC function or analogs. This helps to easily truncate a date by any part while keeping the DateTime in a valid format

The difference in the storage Global is minimal

I'm using %XML.Reader to open an XML file and use it's correlate method to try and convert it to a class.

The conversion fails with an error of:

Hi guys, I defined a subclass to %CSP.Login and assigned csp/sys login page to this subclass:

But did not work, I get this error:

And more, the default %CSP.Login continues to be called to login when the user not logged yet
So, how can I do to replace the default %CSP.Login by my subclass?
