InterSystems IRIS

Syndicate content 49

Greeting IRIS Community,

I need some help converting XLT (XML) into DTL (XML) pragmatically using COS or any other available options in IRIS for health.
It is for HL7-TO-nonHL7 translation.

My VS Code plugin "InterSystems Objectscript" upgraded to version 0.8.7 but the server settings no longer visible in extension settings and can no longer connect to our InterSystems server.

What has chnaged and how do we set the server connectio up? I checked the JSON file and it still has the settings as it was before but it is not connecting.

Hi,

Business Rules can define a context object,  whose properties are exposed and used in the expressions of the rules. For example, my context object is an object with 3 properties. PropA, PropB and PropC.

When constructing my rules, I can call a custom function, and I have one I built myself called 'myFunction' which takes arguments and I pass in properties of my context object. (I can pass in the value of the context object's PropA, B or C).

I'm building a .Net Core Gateway container. Here's the issue.

As a final step I'm building a .Net Core 2.1 library. It has a runnable dependency - .Net Gateway, which I need to start first.

However dotnet publish generates .runtimeconfig.json and .deps.json only for my library and not for my dependency (.Net Gateway).

Is there a way to force dotnet to generate .runtimeconfig.json and .deps.json for a dependency?

I have tried:

Hi,

During the implementation of iris-history-monitor using ZPM, I'm bumping on the following scenario:

My Installer.cls has a call for the Custom Sensors Class method.  The Custom information looks like a charm as I described in this article:

IRIS History Monitor using custom built-in REST API /api/monitor/metrics

But, now I'm trying to replicate the same behavior using the module.xml to work with ZPM.

How do you allow accented chracters to flow through the engine without erroring out? I read something about adding a "!" in MSH-18 to accept the default coding, but now it gives me an error about "No translation table found".  Does Intersystem have anything out of the box to account for accented letters?  Does this need to be coded?

Good morning, Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with CMIS integration?  I am looking at a project to integrate an enterprise Content Management System with other CMS systems including windows folders for legacy documents not currently in a CMS.  I will be reading/updating the primary CMS using RESTful web services (system is cloud based).

After I loaded the intersystems/iam:0.34-1-1 image in local, I am trying to do the next step of configuration.

2) Configure your InterSystems IRIS instance

2a) Enable the /api/IAM web application
  2b) Enable the IAM user
2c) Change the password for the IAM user

Do we need to change these settings in iris.cpf file? any inputs where we have to configure? I have IRIS 2019.1.1 installed in my machine.

Thanks,

Nag.

I'm wondering if anybody has done an implementation of the https://www.shibboleth.net/products/service-provider/ interface in Caché / IRIS to have a application running in Caché / IRIS be acception the shibboleth tokens and data as  usage credentials.

During runtime I build an object which is essentially a wrapper over in-memory table:

col1 ... colN
val11 ... valN1
val12 ... valN2

I want to use this object as a part of INSERT or UPDATE queries, based on a value of some column (the main use case one of the columns is an ID value)

What's the best way to expose the object to SQL?

Simple problem:

  1. I leave a long-running command in terminal
  2. Switch to another task(s)
  3. Remember that I need to check on my command after a few hours

Is there any way to force terminal to the foreground after current command ends?

This is Windows with cterm/iristerm although Putty/Kitty solution would also be nice.
