When turning on the “Archive IO” option within the business operations, it provides us the capability of seeing the input and output communication with external systems. For instance, watching the messages sent out + ACK message sent back .

Our production has got a scheduled task that runs daily (by default I guess, as many others) and is in charge of purging “Errors and log files”. And this is likely to be linked to the “Archive IO” feature, right?

Is there an out-of-the-box or accepted standard method for loading up mappings between different code sets and then referencing these mappings (both directions) from DTL? First thought was the built in Lookup() and corresponding data tables but these only work in one direction (key -> value) and not the reverse. Obviously I can build my own classes to support a two way mapping but am wondering if there's a standard way of achieving this. The mapping should contain the code and display name from each of the code sets and allow mapping based on either code or display name.

In my project, I am calling a store proc on third party database. I am using SQL Gateway and ODBC. Everything is working fine until the store proc changed. In store proc they have changed the return alias name for a column. In Ensemble Snapshot I am not seeing the modified alias name until I restarted the whole Healthshare instance.

Here is my question, is there any other way? We do not want to take the instance down if it happens after we go live.

I'm working on a project where I retrieve RawHL7 message(ORU R01 2.3.1) content from a database in a BPL. I've created a context object of type Enslib.HL7.Message, and I need to populate it with the contents from the RawHL7 message so that I can use this context object as source for my DTL transformation.

Does anyone have suggestions on the best approach to achieve this? I'm looking for guidance on how to efficiently transfer the data from the RawHL7 message to the context object.

Hello Guys, can you help me with a issue? I think it is a beginning question, but here goes, how do I add a new business host to production programmatically? for example a new business service or business process.

I've been looking at the documentation for the classes Ens.Config.Production, Ens.Config.Item and Ens.Director and I haven't found any method to add, maybe the name is a little bit different.

The idea is to create a class that will "deploy" or "configurate" a new project components in a pre-existing production.

Added new System Default Setting for Production (not Host) setting.

However, Production setting is still the same. I have tried restarting Production and instance, to no avail.

I have Ensemble/Healthshare running in a production environment which is setup with a mirror failover and an arbiter sitting between them.

In the event of a failover we have a number of connections that need stopping/monitoring and starting in a certain order.

Is there a programmatic way we can detect the failover and stop certain services and operations immediately and then start them up again in the required order, checking their connection state before starting the next connection.

We have problems in some productions where it stuck in a Queue when things goes wrong and i wonder if somebody have som tips to avoid it?

example when we got stuck is this:

Now the Classes/Rutines/DeepSee files will be automatically exported to the working directory after saving or compiling and files will be automatically deleted .

Installation

To install isc-dev , you just need to download and import the file isc-dev.xml from last release.
Some ways to import isc-dev .xml file:

• Go to Management Portal -> System Explorer -> Classes -> Import and select the XML file.
• Drag the file over Studio.
• Terminal command:

NS>do $system.OBJ.Load("yourpath/isc-dev.xml","ck")

• Get it from Package Manager Client:

NS>zpm
zpm: NS>install isc-dev

How to enable this feature:

• After importing the class in the target namespace, run the following method to set up the working directory:

NS>do ##class(dev.code).workdir("/path/to/your/working/directory/src/")

• Go to Management Portal -> System Administration -> Configuration -> Additional Settings -> Source Control.
• Select the target namespace and set the dev.FileManExtension class as the main one and save it.
• Try to create a new class in the studio and save/compile it
• Enjoy!

The value gets returned in my Rest service as "testingID": "1234567", but I need it to be "testingID": 1234567
