In every Atelier project you can find following hidden files:

.buildpath

.version

.connection

.project.

Should I include all of them into commit?

I understand that .project is mandatory. But what about the rest? Is there any general rule?

F.e. if we work in team and everybody has their own connection on locale machine .connection should not be included. Yes?

I want to normalize my iFind queries. How can I use the normalize method ? any code sample ?

I want also to delete properly the iFind index. Deleting all the rows in the table is sufficient ?

Hello, in a zen page sometimes I find document.getElementbyId("ID") to set a propertybut also zen("ID").setPr.... So what is the real difference and limitations of each?

May have found the issue but not the solution.

"SELECT * FROM wmhISTORYdETAIL" runs as a passthrough without asking for the DNS.

but

'SELECT Count([wmhISTORYdETAIL].[HistHMNumber] AS CountOfHistHMNumber FROM [wmhISTORYdETAIL] WHERE ((([wmhISTORYdETAIL].[HistMovType])='Receipt') AND (([wmhISTORYdETAIL].[HistMovDate])>=Date()-1) AND (([wmhISTORYdETAIL].[HistMovDate])<Date()));'

asks for the DNS but both are linked to a table that has the password saved.

Any Ideas please?

Let's say I start with a date range of '1-5-2019' to '5-25-2019' that occurs on one row. I'd like to ultimately have this show as 5 rows in Crystal Reports as shown below

Result

1-5-2019 1-31-2019

2-1-2019 2-28-2019

I have a property which I need to move from one class definition to another as follows:

Old definition:

Class SCHED.SchedEntry
{
  
  Property Experiment as %String;

  Property ScanSlot as list of TracerEntry;

}

Class SCHED.TracerEntry
{

}

I want to move the Experiment property to the TracerEntry class so that there is a different Experiment allowed for each ScanSlot, like this:

Sorry for my epic english :(

I have a strange issue.

I have generated an encryption key with the tool (UI.Portal.EncryptionCreate.zen).

Then I activate my key for data encryption (UI.Portal.EncryptionManaged) and encryption work fine.

But when I reboot my server the key is removed from the data encryption key list (UI.Portal.EncryptionManaged) and I have to re-activate the key.

Perhaps somebody have an idee ?

Hi,

We're getting a string sent to us by a client that was compressed using a java deflater (the zlib algorithm) and when trying to use $System.Util.Decompress() I get an "illegal value" error. I gather from other community posts that this is because the raw compressed string is missing the customized wrapper Iris automatically adds. I know this has been a longstanding issue for a while...just wanted to check if there'd been any updates to this functionality, or successful workarounds for decompressing raw zlib compressed data. Thanks in advance!

Hi All,

Been trying to setup a iris 4 health community version along with a webgateway bothing utilizing docker. The documentation seems a little sparse when it comes to configuring each of these to work together, especially when it comes to utilizing the Webgateway to front end the MGMT pages for Irirs 4 Health.

I know there is a github repo that has a docker compose file, but that doesn't see to provide a light on what needs to be configured in order for it to work.

A confusing experience

During my last migration to IRIS I met this Compatibility parameter

  • NullSubscripts true
0 - Throw error when referencing a null subscript.
1 - Null subscript references do not throw an error.

I am new to Intersystems, in our project we are directly connecting to the server (environment) using Intersystems VSCode extensions and publishing our changes from local machine. This is not the way we usually do as development process.

Is it possible to implement continuous integration ? So that developers can check-in their code in GIT Hub and can integrate Jenkins and automate the deployment?

Could you please help me on this ?
