I am trying to access another process's content of objects like %request and %session. I am using the class/method "%SYS.ProcessQuery:VariableByPid". Does anyone knows how to get the value of the properties like %request.Data("ID",1) from one process that is running on the DB server?

How do I write DDL script for collection properties?

For example I want to create the following class:

Class SQLUser.Person {

Property Name As %String;

Property FavoriteColors As list Of %String;

}

My DDL script looks like this:

I'll start with an apology as I am trying to wrap my head around the architecture of how InterSystems IRIS database management works. I am attempting to connect to the platform remotely through say a JDBC or ODBC connection in order to run queries, searches (through SQL statements) on my laptop and was trying to understand whether this would be possible? It is possible to setup an inbound client connection and wanted to better understand the architecture of how the database association works for IRIS database management. Does it use it's own internal SQL database or are we able to connect to our own database and which databases are certified to run against the platform?

How Can I do to receive and read an uploaded file from a HTML form or REST API formdata into a Custom EnsLib.HTTP.InboundAdapter?

I've recently encountered a HS Caché that won't start informing that Collation 30 is not available, but I have not found an easy way of knowing what collation is 30.

I've found that the following command returns the ones from the current locale, but not from all locales:

Is there a way to lock at the record level? I know that you can lock at the table level:

&sql(UNLOCK mytest IN EXCLUSIVE MODE)

but am unable to find a way to lock just at the record/row level.

Would this also affect a SELECT statement done on the record?

I'm used to using Class/Refactor/Override in Studio to override methods, properties, xData blocks, etc regularly.

I can't see how to replicate that in Atelier at the m moment. Is this possible ?

Hi guys,

A client want to programmatically list all namespaces and whether they are interoperability or not. Do we have apis or sql to do that? Thanks.

I've tried several methods of %SYS.Namespace but did not find it yet. Also when I use sql to select from %SYS.Namespace through jdbc, it always return an empty result set.
