Global Summit 2018: Siri Inventor to Deliver Keynote at Special AI Event

Great News: Marketing  got a confirmation this week that a leader in AI innovation will be the keynote speaker at a special AI event to be held at the Global Summit on Monday night.

BABAK HODJAT is the primary inventor of a patented, agent-oriented technology applied to intelligent interfaces for mobile and enterprise computing — the technology behind Apple’s Siri.

He is a cofounder and chief executive officer of Sentient Technologies — developer of artificial intelligence products based on evolutionary algorithms. Before coming to Sentient, he was senior director of engineering at Sybase iAnywhere, where he led mobile solutions engineering. Hodjat was also a cofounder, chief technology officer, and board member of Dejima Inc., which was acquired by Sybase in 2004.

A published scholar in such fields as artificial life, agent-oriented software engineering, and distributed artificial intelligence, Hodjat has 31 granted or pending patents. You can learn more about Hodjat from this interview.
