What is TLS?

TLS, the successor to SSL, stands for Transport Layer Security and provides security (i.e. encryption and authentication) over a TCP/IP connection. If you have ever noticed the "s" on "https" URLs, you have recognized an HTTP connection "secured" by SSL/TLS. In the past, only login/authorization pages on the web would use TLS, but in today's hostile internet environment, best practice indicates that we should secure all connections with TLS.

Hi my fellows camrades,

I have a question that seems really simple but it's quite a pain in my ass right now.

I had to rename (take a file from a directory and move it to another) which is a .hl7. Whenever this file has been displaced, I have to change the extension from .hl7 to .OK without using the rename method. Maybe using the attribut?

Do you have any ideas how I could do it?

This should follow the step i have explained right before.

I have a service to take the file but i need an operation to rename it then change his name.

At the moment I am trying to write a documentation file for a project and intend to use LaTeX for it.
Has anyone already had experience with this? I haven't found syntax highlighting with the LaTeX packages I know yet.
I found a request on Pygment but it was from 2016 and there was no reply on it since then.

Does anyone know a simple way for syntax highlighting COS in LaTeX?

What are the best steps for troubleshooting printing to a Windows printer from Cache. The printer has been configured in the Windows Printer Manager and has been able to print a test page (from the windows print manager).

The device has been configured in Cache -> Sys Admin -> Config -> Device Settings -> Devices with properly formatted |PRN|printer device name and "W" for open parameters and 101 for Alias.

sending mail alert

Hi world, i work on my business process and i meet a problem:

i want to send mail alert to the patient when he misses take his temperature measure

in the method for checking if the measure is missed or no , i want to integrate my code wich allows me to trig an alert an send a mail reminder to the patient .

Do you have any idea how doing it .

Parse %ObjectIdentity

Hi!

I'm trying to implement %OnAfterDelete ClassMethod for persistent class. As a parameter it gets oid As %ObjectIdentity for the deleted object.

ClassMethod %OnAfterDelete(oid As %ObjectIdentity) As %Status

My question is: how to get ID value from %ObjectIdentity ?

Is there a way to select distinct keys from an field that has a collection index? I have a field defined as follows: Property data As %Library.String(COLLATION = "EXACT", MAXLEN = "", TRUNCATE = 0); Index data On data(KEYS) [ Type = bitmap ]; And I define a build value array method that parses my data outputs an array in the format array(KEYS)=VALUES. This is very useful because I can query my data using criteria such as WHERE FOR SOME %ELEMENT(data) (%KEY='param') My question is whether there is some way to select distinct key values, e.g.

Hi folks!

Sometimes building an images via docker-compose.yml can take significant time.

And often after a minute or two of waiting it turns out that ports listed in docker-compose are busy and you need to start building process again with different ports or to turn down processes that took it.

Is there a way to check ports listed in docker-compose BEFORE starting the image baking process?

How do you deal with this problem?

Hello everyone, this is with great pleasure that I announce the V2 of my application 'Contest-FHIR'.

In this new version, I used new tools and techniques I discovered at the EUROPEAN HEALTHCARE HACKATHON in which I was invited by InterSystems as a guest and as a mentor to display the multiple projects I did in my intership back in April 2022.
