Cloud SQL

I want to connect the app to Cloud SQL but when I registered and created the deployment (trial) I got the error:

Did anybody face such an error?
During the creation of an account, there was a message like 'username is taken' but the account have been created anyway. Maybe it could cause this problem.

Python Object Not Found

I'm in a very early phase of an project where some of the methods should be written in python. Occasionally, projects also have byproducts, I call them utility methods, because some of the methods the project uses can also be used in other applications too. I tend to put such methods in percent classes, so they can be used everywhere, independent of the namespace, where an application runs. I try to do the same in my current project too, merely with python it doesn't works! Why?

Working with Named Pipes

While creating my latest examples for the JavaContest I faced the need
to communicate with my code from a program in IRIS to my Java code.

Communication with |CPIPE| worked as READ or WRITE but not both?
In the Documentation Named PIPEs are explained rather shortly.
"Once open, a pipe acts like an ordinary device." Not so precise.
I failed to achieve my expected READ/WRITE as TCP would offer.

How to deciper log text

Hello, I am going through the log files of my instance and I wanted to know what each part of it meant. I've tried going through the documentation but I wanted clarification.

I understand there is a log viewer, but I want to understand this directly through the text file. For example, if I were to read this-

"11/06/23-21:00:46:680 (444) 0 [Utility.Event] Performing Journal Recovery"

What would each part of this line be called?

Recently a customer ask me about a problem that detected when they were trying to send a post call to an external HTTP service, this service has changed and now it redirects to another URL, so they have setted to true the FollowRedirect parameter (setted to false for POST calls by default), what is the problem? They are sending a custom header in the post call and after the redirection this value is deleted.

This is probably not the right place, but I don't know who I can reach out to... I am trying to configure an Apache/Web Gateway to our instance of IRIS so we are no longer using the built-in PWS. Can anyone point me in the right direction to configure Apache/Web Gateway to repoint

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a Business Operation whit an HTTP Outbound Adapter and I would like to know if is possible to adjust the FailureTimeout value based on the incoming message type. For example, I would like to have a FailureTimeout of 60 seconds for the standard operations and a FailureTimeout of -1 (wait forever) for few special operations that absolutely need a response.

Can we dynamically modify the FailureTimeout through code, based on either the incoming message type or a specified parameter?n the incoming message type or depending by a parameter?

I'm currently facing an issue with message purging in my Healthcare environment, and I'm seeking your valuable insights and guidance to resolve it.

I've configured a purge task to delete messages older than 30 days, and when I run this task immediately, it doesn't delete anything,

escape bracket in SQL

I've written a stored procedure for SQL as follows. The second parameter is a search path that may use a single quote or bracket as part of its expression.

When the expression uses a single quote, I can double it within SQL, and it works well. In this example, 'testDate' is written as ' ' testDate ' ' .

Does the Version of the Web Gateway have to match the version of IRIS that is currently running? Or are they independent of each other since they are different components? I am looking to install the Web Gateway (non-PWS) as we move forward with securing our Management Portal and VS Code connections using TLS.
