Hi:

I have been adapting the IRIS WHIZ addon as part of the contest. I will soon fork the code on github so the changes are available.

The next phase is I am storing the date from and to time for a more complete search cache

zenPage.getComponent(36).value

it works in the chrome console ok

I'm not sure in external JS how to set the page it is on as a zenpage to use the zenpage functions

As I begin our adventure into using an External FHIR Repository, I wanted to see what opinions people have about a design Idea I was working on.

I want to create a way that my Team has the ability to send a Message Type, and the system knows from that Message Type which FHIR queries to execute and return the Response back to the user, sort of like a FHIR Query Hub. Does this sound reasonable?

While I know that it can be done directly in Object Script, I was trying to incorporate using a Business Process, and Operation for the Trace elements, since most of my team develops within the Management

This link would be handy, if I could figure out how to 'set up' an IRIS / Universe DB..
https://docs.intersystems.com/latest/csp/docbook/DocBook.UI.Page.cls?KE…New post

*

Is there a 'how to' guide for doing this? I can't find anything specific, although, I know it can be done, because I have worked on a Cache/ Universe set up.

I suspect it will be problematic because, I want to do this on my local pc, which is not running as server.

In the previous article we presented the d[IA]gnosis application developed to support the coding of diagnoses in ICD-10. In this article we will see how InterSystems IRIS for Health provides us with the necessary tools for the generation of vectors from the ICD-10 code list using a pre-trained language model, its storage and the subsequent search for similarities on all these generated vectors.

Introduction

One of the main features that have emerged with the development of AI models is what we know as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) that allows us to improve the results of LLM models by

Does anyone know what this task does exactly? And what problems would I have if I didn't use an SSL certificate?

I got the error: "SSL/TLS error in SSL_connect(), SSL_ERROR_SSL: protocol error, error:14090086:SSL routines:ssl3_get_server_certificate:certificate verify failed"

Has anyone encountered this problem before?

Hi there,

My purpose is to encrypt a communication using JWT tokens.  I am developing on IRIS and my purpose is to generate a JWT token that will run on an older version of Cache (so I have to use functions that are compatible with the older version, Cache).

I wrote this code in IRIS:

s username = "user-test123"
set st = ##class(%OAuth2.Utils).TimeInSeconds($ztimestamp,0)
set et = ##class(%OAuth2.Utils).TimeInSeconds($ztimestamp, 60*15)

s payload = {"id": "test-id-123", "username": "test-username"}
s payload.exp = et
s payload.time = st

s alg = "HS256"
s JOSE("sigalg") = alg

s secret =

I was watching this video about IRIS and GitHub and all is clear to me how it works and how code from each branch is getting deployed to each IRIS environment but the process to deploy is manual. My question is how can I, if possible, to utilize gti-source-control from GitLab CICD pipeline to deploy code automaticaly after PR approval instead going to the Git UI?

Thanks

InterSystems FAQ rubric

To compile class routines including the mapped modifier, specify the compiler modifier "/mapped=1" or "/mapped". For example, do the following:

[Example 1] Get the class list and compile

do$System.OBJ.GetClassList(.list,"/mapped")
 // build your classes starting from .listdo$System.OBJ.Compile(.list)

[Example 2] Compile all classes

do$system.OBJ.CompileAll("/mapped")

Since my initial question on ordering json properties a few things have happened.

Let me recap the issue at hand:

  • In the FHIR specification, properties are listed in a certain order, for example, see https://www.hl7.org/fhir/patient.html#resource
  • When you serialize resources to XML, the resulting document elements are ordered as defined in the specification.
  • On the other hand, json objects returned from the IRIS for Health FHIR Repository will for example normally have the "id" as the last property, given that new properties are appended.

For me as a developer, this is annoying, even though I

An effective source control solution allows organizations to manage complex codebases, facilitate seamless collaboration within development teams, and streamline deployment processes.

Sonic Healthcare, a leading provider of pathology, radiology, general practice, and corporate medical services, has significantly enhanced visibility and control over its complex environment by implementing Deltanji source control. The tight integration Deltanji provides with InterSystems IRIS and IRIS for Health has been central in achieving these improvements.

Hi,

I'm making a request to an API that works perfectly with Postman, you can see it here:

The URL is https://testcds.esriguide.org/v2/session/3189981 where the last part is the ID's session I want to get back.

When I try to make the same request in IRIS I always get a "Bad request" error.
I'm creating the request which all the information needed (or at least that I know):

Method TornaRequestGET() As %Net.HttpRequest

{
Set request = ##class(%Net.HttpRequest).%New()
Set request.SSLConfiguration = "iGUIDE"
Do request.SetHeader("Authentication",..#AuthenticationAPIKEY)
Do request.SetHeader("Accept","appl

I am creating a new HL7 DTL item. I put the from as HL7 and the to as XML, hence, those Ens classes were loaded into the new DTL. However, on the map screen, both the left and the right column only show 'source' and 'target', and no other fields. I pictured that when I included these classes, both columns would pull the corresponding 'schema' to show all the to/from fields, but, they did not. Is that right?

Hallo,

To run the following script without encountering an exception, one must have either the %Manager role, the %HS_DB_HSSYS role, or the %ALL role.

InstallServer() public {
  n $namespaces$namespace="HSLIB"q##class(HS.Util.Installer.Foundation).Install("ABC")
}
<THROW>zAddRecordToLogPersistence+7^HS.HC.Util.Installer.1 *%Exception.StatusException ERROR #5001: Attempt made to use$$$ActivationLog* macros before HSSYS exists

Is there a way to direct the installer to install the foundation namespace in a different directory rather than under "mgr"?

Hello Community,

As per the Build index documentation "If you use BUILD INDEX on a live system, the index is temporarily labeled as notselectable, meaning that queries cannot use the index while it is being built. Note that this will impact the performance of queries that use the index." Is this  hiding/not selectable is only applicable for BUILD INDEX or it supports class level %BuildIndices as well. as far as my analysis both syntax setting this setting SetMapSelectability

Thanks!

I found myself in the not-so-comfortable situation of working with a Linux system on which someone had accidentally disabled user access to the Linux shell. HealthConnect was running, servicing hundreds of interfaces. To resolve the access issue, though, we needed to bring the host down for the application of a fix.

Without the shell, the iris command is not available to control the instance, so we were faced with the potential of shutting down the server ungracefully. We wanted to avoid that if possible ...

The ^SHUTDOWN routine was historically an option for shutting down Cache, but you need

In a HL7 Business Rule, I want to create a custom function that works on an HL7 message object (ENSLIB.HL7.Message).  I extended the Ens.Rule.FunctionSet class, and have a class method that accept a ENSLIB.HL7.Message obj -

ClassMethod myfunction(msg As EnsLib.HL7.Message) As %Boolean,  so I can call   myfunction(HL7)  in the rule's condition

The problem is, it seems that I can only use absolute property paths such as msg.GetValueAt("1:9.2") but not a path containing HL7 segment name,  for example as in msg.GetValueAt("MSH:9.2").  This is a huge limitation.

Is there anyway to use the HL7 vdoc
