InterSystems HealthShare is a healthcare informatics platform for hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and regional and national health information exchanges (HIE). HealthShare includes health information exchange, data aggregation, workflow, text analysis, and analytics technology.
Is there anyone who has experience in translating HL7 2.4 ADT messages (MLLP) to JSON format? We are going to push ADT messages to Salesforce. However, salesforce does not support MLLP. All advice on this is welcome. Thanks a lot!
I want to do some logic based on what environment code is running in. I can't find a built-in function to retrieve this so I'd like to write a custom function. Does anyone know of a command that would get the current environment?
Currently we have 2 Windows servers in a clustered environment. Is there a setting in HealthShare for a TCP/IP Operation to use the virtual IP address when initiating the connection, rather than the host IP address?
Large language models are stirring up some phenomena in recent months. So inevitably I was playing ChatGPT too over last weekend, to probe whether it would be a complimentary to some BERT based "traditional" AI chatbots I was knocking up, or rather would it simply sweep them away.
after importing an XML schema from xsd into Ensemble I´d like to add it to my Studio-Project but can´t find the imported schema in the namespace view. For example when working with custom hl7 schema, I could easyly add it to my project under namespace view schemaname.hl7. Is this also possible with xml schema? If so where can I find it on an component level?
I was wondering if there was a certain procedure or documentation on securing (Https://) the Web Portal into IRIS/Ensemble?
Currently we are using LDAP Delegated Authentication to access the Web Portal using LDAP. However as more and more emphasis is put on securing applications within networks, I can see Management/Security asking us to make sure that the web portal is more secure.
Hi I'm just trying to make sure I'm not missing a trick here.
Basically our PAS doesn't do hl7 messages but does some XML which you can create. So I'm just trying to create some xml files and then get healthshare/ensemble to parse them and to process accordingly.
I'm getting some good results doing this. But maybe I've got a small hitch. In each of my xml files I've the data for the patient/client.
The InterSystems FHIR® Sandbox is a virtual testing environment that combines HealthShare technology with synthetic patient data and open source and commercial SMART on FHIR apps, to allow users to play with FHIR functionality.
I reached out to Gary Monger yesterday and asked him how he configured Apache for his SMART on FHIR demo? See https://learning.intersystems.com/mod/page/view.php?id=2948. Gary's response was for me to post my question on the Developer Community forum - so that other people can benefit from the answer.
This is what I asked Gary:
I'm after turning a local Health Share instance on my laptop into a SMART on FHIR server.
During the Unconfernce and Sessions during the Global Summit several folks had questions and wanted to see how Ohio State setup our Managed Alerts. Attached is an export I did along with Documentation I had given to our group here at OSU for Managed Alerts.
I am currently working on an Upgrade to HealthShare 2019.1.1. As described in the steps once the upgrade was complete to run $system.OBJ.Upgrade(). When I run $system.OBJ.Upgrade() , it is not finding any classes to update. However I am getting an Error 5116 on one of my Productions...
Class dictionary version for '%1' is out of date, please run upgrade utility $system.OBJ.Upgrade()
so if I am running $system.OBJ.upgrade() why isn't it updating this production as it should?
I loaded 2017.2 onto a windows desktop that I was going to use for testing. I need to now uninstall 2017.2 but when I do I get a ERROR saying it can not find the INSTANCE name, when there is HEALTHSHARE defined.
Has anyone else had this issue? I would like to uninstall this version and start over from scratch without having to re-image my machine.
We are facing what seems to be a network problem while transferring HL7 messages from Ensemble/Healthshare to a distant target through TCP/IP.
Here is the version of the system in any case it could be useful: Cache for Windows (x86-64) 2017.2.1 (Build 801U) Wed Dec 6 2017 09:07:51 EST [HealthShare Modules:Core:14.02.2415 + Linkage Engine:15.03.9901]
