It was the first one, An Introduction to CDA. Accessing over VPN, internet connection fine for everything else.
I just tried again after restarting this morning, using Chrome, and the whole video downloaded. Quite slow - had to wait 5 minutes to get to the 8m49s mark, but got there in the end. Thanks.
