I have heard from some previous Intersystems presentations that FHIR profile validation before posting to FHIR server (using $validate) would be available in IRIS for Health. How do I confirm if this functionality is available and if so, on which version of IRIS?

I have an interoperability production that functions as a FHIR proxy. I have a need to add an HTTP Header value to the outbound request. I've subclassed HS.FHIRServer.Interop.HTTPOperation, but I cannot find a way to add an HTTP Header to the request. The HTTP class used in HS.FHIRServer.Interop.HTTPOperation is HS.FHIRServer.RestClient.HTTP. That RestClient class does not seem to expose or allow modification of the actual HttpRequest.

fhir-scraper

A simple python script to copy/scrap/crawl a FHIR repository to another one.

The script is written in Python 3.

Install it from pip

python -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate
pip install git+https://github.com/grongierisc/fhir-scraper
cp .venv/bin/fhir-scraper.py .

Edit fhir-scraper.py for your needs.

Run it :

python fhir-scraper.py 

How to run it from git

First clone this repository.

Cures Act USCDI/ C-CDAv21 certification. I am looking for SDA3 examples for Newman-Bates-Kid/registry settings/advices on how to learn / whatever is helpful. InterSystems xsl files are clean but I am not working very often with xsl. I am mainly looking at Provenance and Clinical Notes, the 2 last errors we have. InterSystems documentation, so far I know, is very poor: only classes and some pages. Support has a small knowledge about SDA3 -> C-CDAv21 even if they try very hard to help.

Hi, I am glad to announce another submission to OpenExchange and the current contest, the FHIR Pseudonymization Proxy. The FHIR Pseudonymization Proxy adds a transparent pseudonymization layer to any existing FHIR server, enabling clients to perform queries on the FHIR server – which may contain personal identifying information – and receive an on-the-fly pseudonymized version of the data.
