I am trying to get FHIR Resource using OAuth 2.0 . I get access_token sucessfully but when I use this token i get this type of error in postman. It is showing 401 Unauthorized please suggest any solution.
when trying to send HS.FHIRServer.Interop.Request objects to an external FHIR server, I get errors: ERROR #6156: No match between server name '...' and SSL certificate values '...'. The reason is pretty clear, the problem is that we don't get correct certificates in time, but have some pressure to go live with the interface.

is there anything special to consider when running a foundation production regarding purge jobs (Ens.Util.Tasks.Purge)? I am thinking specifically of the QuickStreams, which according to my information are stored in a temporary database until the system is restarted. Since a system reboot is much less frequent then the purges, I wonder what happens to the QuickStreams whose messages and headers have already been purged. Is there a way to view Quickstreams (not content, but rather metadata) e.g. via the Management Portal?
I am working on a customer project which uses some slightly altered FHIR resources in comparison to default R4 patient resource. I am able to import the structuedefinition as a custom FHIR package and assign it to the ISC FHIR server and the endpoint the IRIS instance provides.
I was looking for an easier way to build the FHIR Query String, given the Record Map request that is passed into the DTL.
I built this Function, but when I run a message through it, my Query String that is passed back into the DTL is a Reference Pointer and not the String I am looking for.
While converting FHIR JSON to SDA the file is being converted but, some of the data gets removed during conversion. Please help me out if you know the reason behind this.

I am trying to work with the FHIR Object Model where I convert an incoming HL7v2 to SDA then FHIR. From here I would like to be able to process the FHIR Object by deserializing it to a Bundle object using the following code my problem is I keep on getting an error which is not explaining much about what is wrong with what I am doing any help will be appreciated thanks.
I have a scenario where I send a GET request to a broker and receive a FHIR response. When I attempted to use the built-in InterSystems functions to convert this FHIR response into SDA, the transformation failed—likely because it is not a standard FHIR request.
How should I handle this situation? Is there a recommended approach to processing FHIR responses in this context?
1. I saw there are built in DTLs “FHIR.FromSDA” and “FHIR.ToSDA” to convert SDA -> FHIR and FHIR -> SDA. Similarly Do Intersystems have DTLs for HL7 -> FHIR and FHIR -> HL7?
2. The reason why I am asking is, I see in HSLIB namespace HS->GateWay->HL7->HL7toSDA3 and HS->GateWay->SDA3->SDA3toHL7 DTLs. Like-wise I am trying to locate HL7 -> FHIR and FHIR -> HL7. Please help me to locate them

I have MacBook Pro M3 and I'm new to the IRIS for Health setup / installation with all pre-requisite / requirements so someone could please help me with detailed instructions on how to setup IRIS for Health (HL7 & FHIR) from scratch along with SQL Server? I have Windows 11 installed in parallel desktop if that's required and complete installation / setup is not possible on MacBook.
I use rest service on Health Connect and will has utilized HL7 FHIR for get information of external database. But i don't find exemplo in oficial documentation. Someone to utilize the HL7 FHIR for info request in to external database?
Cures Act USCDI/ C-CDAv21 certification. I am looking for SDA3 examples for Newman-Bates-Kid/registry settings/advices on how to learn / whatever is helpful. InterSystems xsl files are clean but I am not working very often with xsl. I am mainly looking at Provenance and Clinical Notes, the 2 last errors we have. InterSystems documentation, so far I know, is very poor: only classes and some pages. Support has a small knowledge about SDA3 -> C-CDAv21 even if they try very hard to help.
I'm playing with some anayltic queries against FHIR server tables. The HSFHIR_X0002_S_Patient.addressCity table contains a lot of cities which names contain german charachers such as ä, ö and ü.
The following query works fine:
select value from HSFHIR_X0002_S_Patient.addressCity
But this one converts city names to uppercase, and characters with umlauts are lost, so instead of "Köln" or "München" I see KOLN and MUNCHEN:
