Question Stuart Byrne · Dec 17, 2019

Off the back of the Interface Monitoring post I had created a class that queries the Ens.AlertRequest global and returns the entries between 6pm the night before and 6am in the morning.

I tested this build in our T&D environments and the build worked very well.

However in our production environment the query is being truncated, by what I believe to be a timeout and I get a partial query output.

In the System>SQL pages my 12 hour query times out.

the file being created on the FTP server will have a format that includes the current date I would like to pull this file off the FTP while ignoring other files on the same location.

Inbound Service Class

I would like to find the file on the FTP that is being created using Todays date. But it appears that the wildcard are not recognizing the file format:

Example below. This will not pull the file "ErrorFile_20191216.txt"  off the FTP but it should. Should I be using custom code or can utilize  something built in to do this. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

Im usually pretty good at ComplexMaps and implemented a couple, but I have one that is stumping me on how I can implement it.  My problem is I have no real "leading data" to key off of and need something else...

It goes a little bit like this:

D123456     THING1   THING2    THING3   THING4

D789101     THING1   THING2    THING3   THING4

T    THINGX    THINGZ
In looking at the above, I need two record maps, one for the "D" rows (repeating) , and one for the "T" row, which is basically the trailer.  Additionally the spaces between the records are a reality too.

Hi everyone,

I am currently sending an HTTP POST request to an EnsLib.HTTP.Service service (which has an EnsLib.HTTP.InboundAdapter associated).

Here the request URL: http://10.41.11.210:57772/csp/healthshare/dce/POSTServiceClass.cls?rpyT…

From the documentation I have read (https://docs.intersystems.com/irislatest/csp/docbook/DocBook.UI.Page.cls?KEY=EHTTP_inbound) I get that the form variables are written into the request body in case of a POST. I have also implemented the OnInint() is this way to enable the form variables parsing:

Question Guillaume Lepretre · Dec 4, 2019

Hello,

I've got a table with many attributes and data. There is 10 000 000 registrations approximatly.

I need to make a research on this table with filters, paging,  and order.

You can see an example of my  SQL request :

SELECT * FROM ( SELECT TOP ALL  * FROM ANCV_Data.Titre WHERE etatTitre = 'Emis' ORDER BY numRemise desc) v WHERE %vid BETWEEN 1 AND 25

Cause there are many data on my table, my SQL req is  too long if I don't have index on my attributes BUT there are many associations possible...

Are they any solutions ?

Regards,

Hi,

I have a business service that needs to run only once a day at an specific time. It is important that the service only runs once.

I have tried the scheduler but you can only define the times (start-stop) when the service will be running...so this will not work for me as I need this to run only once.

Looking at the documentation I found "tasks". Apparently this is exactly what I need. As per documentation:

Hello,

I work with Ensemble Business Operation with SQL Outbound Adapter. I try to query a DSN defined database that happens to be Cache on the same machine in the same instance of Healthshare 2017.1.3. This worked fine on Linux server when I used JDBC driver. Now I want to run it on my Windows 10 laptop. I set up DSN and I can test connection successfully. I provided DSN in Operation DSN setting and I tried with and without Credential. I get ERROR <Ensd>ErrOutConnectFailed: ODBC Connect failed for 'myDSN'  / 'myDSN' with error ERROR #6022: Gateway failed: DSN/User Connect.

Currently, many of you has some knowledge about CachéQuality (which is being renamed to objectscriptQuality) for analyzing objectscript code using the rules we have predefined. Probably you have tested it and have found too many warnings in your projects. I'm sure there are issues which are really important for you and some others which you would like to dismiss.

Some time ago I developed an application that tackled a familarial problem faced by many developers when required to update multiple UAT or PRODUCTION sites with the latest Software patches that have been developed and tested on your DEV server and now need to be deployed to multiple sites running that software.

In principle the solution works as follows:

1) Prepare an XML export of affected classes/routines/csp pages/hl7 definitions et al

2) Optionally create a global export of any new globals or changes to existing globals

I am currently working on an Upgrade to HealthShare 2019.1.1. As described in the steps once the upgrade was complete to run $system.OBJ.Upgrade(). When I run $system.OBJ.Upgrade() , it is not finding any classes to update. However I am getting an Error 5116 on one of my Productions...

Class dictionary version for '%1' is out of date, please run upgrade utility $system.OBJ.Upgrade()

so if I am running $system.OBJ.upgrade() why isn't it updating this production as it should?

Thanks

Question Steve Pisani · Jun 6, 2018

Hi,

The Ensemble SQL Inbound Adapter executes a user defined query, and calls the OnProcessInput method of the Business Service with information about an individual row of the executed query.

If the query provided by the user (and executed by the adapter), returned multiple rows, then, OnProcessInput is called multiple times, once for each row.

Within the OnProcessInput method, however, is there a way to know that the row that is currently being processed is actually the last row of the query.

Thanks

Steve

I have several Business Services which I need to run once on each trigger.

Trigger can be either:

  • Specific time (so once a day, every day)
  • Specific day (so once a month, every month)

For the time, it would be stable (i.e. 0100), but the second case varies - one month it could be 10th, another month - 12th.

After each run I want the service to turn off, so that all the time the service is not running it would be colored grey in Production Management Page.

I plan to use Task Scheduler, but open to suggestions.

Thoughts? Ideas? Code?

I have a database which needs to be synced to another system and considering to use the SQL Inbound adapter to 'watch' the database. The other system, however, has a bulk API so I'd prefer to send multiple SQL rows in a single message to that system. The SQL Inbound adapter seems to trigger a single call (to a process or business operation) per SQL-row. However, the documentation here: http://docs.intersystems.com/latest/csp/docbook/DocBook.UI.Page.cls?KEY… in example 5 seems to suggest that if I exclude a KeyFieldName I get multiple rows in my

We are sending the request from Production's Operation Test tool, using the following code:

What happens is that it tells us error of SSL Configuration:

It should be noted that the test was done without https, to:

set path = http://onesignal.com/api/v1/players?app_id=...

If we see the trace of the browser, we get that OneSignal when receiving an HTTP request, redirects it to HTTPS:

Hello.

I want to grant access only to the Message Viewer page to an specific user, in all Namespaces. I have created a rol with this privileges:

%Ens_MessageContent
%Ens_MessageHeader
%Ens_MessageTrace
%Ens_Portal

But if I want to see the list of messages, I have to grant SELECT access to the Ens.MessageHeader and Ens.MessageBody tables of each Namespace.

Is there anyway to grant access to this tables in all Namespaces at a time, even if new ones are created?

Thank you in advance.

Question David Foard · Nov 7, 2019

Is %CSP.BinaryStream compatible with %StreamGlobalBinary because reviewing the classes this doesn't look to be the case?

What I am trying to do is zip large documents before sending over a REST interface. I compress the file and add that to an Ens.StreamContainer which is then passed to the operation to build the REST payload. We are using %Net.MimePart class to build the payload and use the BodySet method to add the zipped Ens.StreamContainer.

The issue is when the REST interface receives the POST, it doesn't recognize the data as a zip compressed item.

InterSystems has corrected several critical defects that can result in data integrity issues. These defects were identified and corrected within a short time, so InterSystems has simplified the upgrade process by consolidating them into a single package. The effects of encountering these defects may not always be visible. These defects affect InterSystems IRIS, IRIS for Health, Health Connect, Caché, Ensemble, and HealthShare products. All of these defects relate to the application of journal data.
