Notification: Call Alert instead of Email Alert
Hello Wonderful Community!
The question I have is:
Can we set a Call Alert instead of an email alert (or both) in Ensemble when the system goes down?
The message below is what we got via email. But I wanted to know if there is more functionality that allows to use a call system.

What we are trying to avoid is extended periods of down time.
Thank you All!

Hi Tamara,
The following developer community article may be of use to you:
https://community.intersystems.com/post/how-make-phone-calls-using-cach%C3%A9-objectscript-and-twilio
For text/SMS alerts though you can see the following sample from the developer community:

There is also an online course Setting Up Alerts to try the text code out.
Great info, thanks.
Though my experience of Email Alerting (over 40+ servers) is that it needs more granularity, or the ability to add some If/THEN logic. There are a very small number of alerts I might want to get at 03:00, but many more Level 2 alerts that can wait until the morning. Email is one thing, phone calls or SMS is quite another.
