I produce my monthly Review Report on OEX packages now for 18 months.
These are a view figures and some comments:

  • Total packages checked = 669
  • Packages tested and reviewed by myself = 294
  • Packages reviewed by other community contributors = 41
  • Packages without review = 334
    • These are packages that promote partner products
    • or are mostly not available with a Docker set-up
    • or require resources unavailable to me (e.g. license keys)
    • or I simply didn't understand the subject  (e.g most Health* subjects)

My team is working on redesigning and implementing an Ensemble production on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. We had to learn about Kubernetes and IKO.

We have webgateway pods that route incoming web traffic to compute pods where the Interoperability production is running.

Recently we had trouble while testing a SOAP interface. It’s a Generic SOAP Service passing a SOAP message to a Generic SOAP Operation. Sounds simple enough.

If one of your packages on OEX receives a review you get notified by OEX only own YOUR package.
The rating reflects the experience of the reviewer with the status found at the time of review.
It is kind of a snapshot and might have changed meanwhile.

I am starting to look at add-ons/enhancements that can be made to our environment as we move from 2018.1.3 to IRIS 2022.1. During one of our internal meetings it was mentioned that it would be helpful to gather and keep track of metrics as we move to IRIS 2022.1. I am looking to at trying to capture Message Count, Database size, global sizes, etc... Through Global Summit, and Open exchange, I know there is SAM, Grafana, and Promethus. I am struggling with getting SAM working on a Red Hat Environment using podman and not docker, but that is another story. Does SAM, Grafana, and or Promethus

Hi,

I have tried to install the module git-source-control into my USER namespace, but get the following error.

ERROR! ObjectScript error: SQL error(s) have occurred during the running of the 'statsINFO()' method.  Invoke the following method for additional details: set errID=##class(%SYS.PTools.Stats).getPToolsError(...)  WHERE errRowID={2763|2764}>
  > ERROR #6084: Unknown errors detected, but no error code reported

This module works from other namespaces.   I decided to re-install the latest published version of ZPM, and tried to install git-source-control class again and get this now:

Question Scott Roth · Jul 29, 2022

I was wondering if someone could help me. I do not have docker available to me however a lot of the Open Exchange apps require it. Since I am using a Virtual Windows Machine I can not get docker installed, so I was wondering how to get around this? Someone at GS2022 suggested looking at the docker_compose.yml to figure out how to get around docker, but I am not sure I understand how to read it.

Does someone have any quick solutions to get around docker compose? Or can tell me how to read a docker compose so that I can install some Open Exchange and or additional InterSystems components?

Thanks

I am still working on iris-for-money app: https://github.com/oliverwilms/iris-for-money

Account.csp posts a rest call with _SYSTEM username and the password.

xhttp.open("POST", "/restapi/sql/" + query, true,"_SYSTEM","SYS");
xhttp.send();

/restapi web application has Password Authentication Method enabled.

SYS is the correct password for _SYSTEM user.

I do not understand why I see login failure in Audit database.

Motivation

This project was thought of when I was thinking of how to let Python code deal naturally with the scalable storage and efficient retrieving mechanism given by IRIS globals, through Embedded Python.

My initial idea was to create a kind of Python dictionary implementation using globals, but soon I realized that I should deal with object abstraction first.

So, I started creating some Python classes that could wrap Python objects, storing and retrieving their data in globals, i.e., serializing and deserializing Python objects in IRIS globals.

How does it work?

Hi Community,

This post is a introduction of my open exchange iris-fhir-client application.

iris-fhir-client can connect to any open FHIR Server by using embedded python with the help of fhirpy Library.
Get Resource information by terminal and by using CSP web application.
