As previously announced, 2017.1 on VSI OpenVMS 8.4-1H1 is the final major version of Caché and Ensemble. 2017.1 will not be available for VSI OpenVMS versions beyond 8.4-1H1.

As first announced in May, and after many presentations and robust discussions at Global Summit 2023, we are continuing with the plans to deprecate InterSystems Studio (deprecated designates a feature or technology that InterSystems no longer actively develops, and for which better options exist).
GA releases are now published for the 2020.2 version of InterSystems IRIS, IRIS for Health, and IRIS Studio!
A full set of containers for these products are available from the WRC Software Distribution site, including community editions of InterSystems IRIS and IRIS for Health.
The build number for these releases is 2020.2.0.211.0.
The GA release is now published for the 1.5 version of the InterSystems API Manager (IAM).
The container for IAM, including all relevant artifacts to upgrade from earlier versions of IAM can be downloaded from the WRC Software Distribution site in the Components area.
The build number for this release is IAM 1.5.0.9-4.

July 27, 2017 – Alert: Linux Defects Can Corrupt Mirror Copies of Journal Files
InterSystems has encountered defects in Linux which can corrupt copies of journal files that are generated on a mirror backup or async member; this occurs only in certain specific configurations. The original mirror journal file created on the primary member is not affected.
Preview releases are now available for InterSystems IRIS Advanced Analytics, and InterSystems IRIS for Health Advanced Analytics! The Advanced Analytics add-on for InterSystems IRIS introduces IntegratedML as a key new feature.
Early Access Program (EAP) is a way to to deliver specific features early to a group of people who will test and provide feedback on that feature.

InterSystems is announcing an end of maintenance event for Zen Reports beginning in Intersystems IRIS and IRIS for Health 2025.1. This follows the deprecation notice made when InterSystems IRIS was introduced in 2018 and subsequent inclusion of InterSystems Reports in 2020 to provide replacement reporting functionality.
