HealthShare

Syndicate content 53

Hi,

I'm in the process of trying to convert my team to a Git-based workflow for source code version management (we use Ensemble and HealthShare, but build a lot of customizations on top). We are having a hard time working with Atelier in this regard for a few reasons

Hoping someone can help.

I'm trying to request data from my local FHIR repository using a simple client ( using SMART ). I get the following CORS error in Firebug.

"NetworkError: 406 Not Acceptable - http://localhost:57775/csp/healthshare/fhirserver/fhir/Patient/1"
Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at http://localhost:57775/csp/healthshare/fhirserver/fhir/Patient/1. (Reason: CORS header 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' missing).

I can request data with no problems using the Chrome RESTClient. I can also request data from other public FHIR end points with no problems.

I've played around with adding additional Http headers to the request but haven't had any success.

Is there something I have to configure in Ensemble to enable CORS ? Perhaps it's another issue?

Please let me know if you've come across this issue.

Thanks,

Conor

I am looking for a general overview of how you would attach a document to a patient record in healthshare.  For instance, an Advance Directive or Living Will.

Here are some starter questions:

  1. What format is required, if any?  Can it be a PDF or DOC?
  2. How can/should it be submitted?  HL7? XDS.b?  Embedded in a CCD?

Sorry for the open endedness.  Any info would be helpful while I research this.

For testing purposes, I would like to create an EnsLib.HL7.Message from either a %String or a file on disk and pass it into a function in a unit test (outside of an Ensemble context). EnsLib.HL7.Parser appears to do the necessary parsing, but it also sends the message via Ensemble service rather than returning it as a value. Is there a way to leverage the parsing outside of a Ensemble service? Alternatively, is there another way to create an EnsLib.HL7.Message?

SELECT MAX(LocalDateTime)
FROM HS_IHE_ATNA_Repository.Aggregation
WHERE LocalDateTime < '2016-12-01'
> 2016-11-30 23:59:59

 That is exactly what I would expect.

SELECT MAX(IndexedDate)
FROM HS_IHE_ATNA_Repository.Aggregation
WHERE IndexedDate < '2016-12-01'
> 2016-12-01 00:00:00

That is NOT expected.

Good afternoon!
I faced a problem with HealthShare complete transfer to another PC. I have on the old computer a lot of interesting developments and test projects, including widgets, developments on DeepSee and other stuff.
Would you please describe the details how one HealthShare installation can be correctly transferred to another PC. And that this should be done.

I have a list of about 100 MPI IDs that I would like to run a report on.  I want to list times that any data for these patients were accessed.  Currently in "Managed Reports" we have a "Disclosure Report" which I think was a custom development effort, but it is per-patient.

I have a SQL query for the ATNA log but I'm not confident in its accuracy, so I thought I'd reach out and see how other Information Exchange's might get this data.

I see the TS and DT data types in the default 2.3 schema:

<DataType name='TS' description='time stamp'>
    <DataSubType piece='1' description='time of an event' datatype='ST'/>
    <DataSubType piece='2' description='degree of precision' datatype='ST'/>
</DataType>

<DataType name='DT' description='Date (2.8.13)'>
    <DataSubType piece='1' description='Date (2.8.13)'/>
</DataType>

but it doesn't appear that it would actually validate the format. Is this possible? We had an instance recently where a customer was sending a timestamp with a missing digit (20160503120 for example). I would like to validate this with the schema if I can.

Hello,

I need to create a query that return the amount of heath related information from a patient.

I created one using the Analitics but, once our Analitcs database is update once a day this information is not reliable during the current query day.

Part of my Analitcs query is shown below. Where can I find the equivalent tables in Health Share? Any help is appreciate.

Tanks In Advance.

I was just watching a video - Clinical Document Architecture and Document Creation - Videos An Introduction to CDA - from Australia (browser, Firefox). The video started and played fine for 8m 49s, then stopped with the following message: Could not download the video
Error code: PLAYER_ERR_TIMEOUT.

I am trying to find the presentation for the User Group Sessions that were given at Global Summit last week. In particular the Healthshare Provider Directory presentation, so I can share the ideas with others at my organization. Does anyone know where I can find those? I am not seeing them under the Global Summit tag.

Thanks

We have multiple implementations spanning many namespaces and edges.  I would like to see if I could identify a single place, perhaps on HSREGISTRY or HSBUS, that I could capture certain events like searches (from all customers) and record transfers (with requester and provider).

The goal is to have a dashboard that would show simple stats such as searches by participant, records shared by participant and records consumed by participant.  These are the 3 most important.

I appreciated the feedback on the other question of "how" but now I'm hoping to find the "Where".

In the HL7 Annotations available in the Management Portal,  at the message type and message structure levels, there are columns for 'Explicit Usage' and 'Implicit Usage'.  In nearly all cases, the values in these two columns match, but at least for message types RAS and RGR, they don't.

What's the meaning of explicit and implicit in the annotations?

Thanks,
Liz
