You've probably already heard about Discord and many of you are already chatting there. And now we invite you to become closer to the world of InterSystems technology and join the social club of our developers!
Use a super-fast way to communicate with each other:
InterSystems will take part in HackMIT hackaton, a long-weekend hackaton organized by the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), where thousands of students come together to work on cool software and/or hardware projects. This year the HackMIT is in-person again, at the MIT campus, and will take place during the first weekend of October.
This year the main tracks areEducation, Sustainability, New Frontiers, and Entertainment. InterSystems challenge will be related to 1 or 2 of the main tracks and will be revealed on September 28. Stay tuned!
The Demo Day is the result of a four-month journey — the equator of the incubator, in which startups have explored InterSystems tech, validated their ideas and presented it on the first Demo Day. In case you missed it, enjoy watching it on InterSystems Developers YouTube:

I'm pleased to announce that in this December 2017 we have 2 years of InterSystems Developer Community up and running!
Together we did a lot this year, and a lot more is planned for the next year!
Our Community is growing: In November we had 3,700 registered members (2,200 last November) and 13,000 web users visited the site in November 2017 (7,000 last year).
Thank you for using it, thanks for making it useful, thanks for your knowledge, experience, and your passion!
