Just like the title says, I'm attempting to find a way to create a web application that instead of serving CSP files, it uses a dispatch class. I searched for clues in the documentation, but the CSPApplication tag seems to be exclusively for CSP file-based applications.
I'm trying to avoid implementing a workaround such as using the Invoke tag to call the Security.Applications to generate the web application but I might be forced to do so, even though it's unpleasant if I had to say...
So, is there an official way to execute this task?
Is there a way to run code on another machine? Of course, all authentication info is known. I know only about RemoteResultSet but that seems to be query specific.
I have a CSP page that is supposed to show some user info (Full name and some other properties retrieved from AD)
I am unable to get them outside of %SYS namespace using Security.Users class. Is there another mechanism to do that, or I am using Security.Users class incorrectly?
As the title says, when I use the "Go To Definition (F12)" option, it opens the definition in read only mode. Is there some way to either directly make the go to option editable or can i turn the read only version into an editable version? I end up needing to open the file directly and then manually going to the method definition myself.
I have classes A and B, B derived from A, A has method Abc.
From INT of class B I see that compiler copies implementation of Abc to class B, so that Abc exists both in A and B.
As result, when B invokes Abs, B.Abs() is executed instead of A.Abs(). In result debuger is not able to step into Abs and breakpoints in A.Abs never hit.
Why this happens and how can I avoid this?
Update:
OK, now I know the reason: compiler makes the copy if Abc has this line:
Forgive my lack of understanding, but I am working on a vendor created Cache database and the indexes specified in the classes for ODBC connections are not working. A few of them are created, but of the 50+ classes we have, only a handful of them are created when the class is compiled, yet no errors occur.
I need some advice about JSON conversions and the outputs. I am being sent a JSON response from an API call and I am struggling to produce an output that I can use from it.
I have used the %FromJSON() method call to take the JSON stream source (pData) and convert it to a Dynamic object (object) but I am a little unsure as to how I can read the dynamic object and use it to extract the values from this and set the values as a property in another class.
I've successfully installed and configured the custom MESH API supplied by intersystems. I'm able to send HTML rendered documents directly to GP's using Kettering.xml.
Ideally, I'd like to be able to send PDF/RTF files rather than HTML. Is this possible and if so can I still use Kettering xml? I know FHIR is the preferred method of transmission but i've tried sending a test FHIR message through MESH to EMIS but it's not displaying so I'm not sure if EMIS is able to display FHIR formatted messages.
Hello there! I am hoping to get some help with "SQL Search index" and JSON objects. I am storing a JSON object in a column of type %Stream.GlobalCharacter Property JSON As %Stream.GlobalCharacter; I also have a index that looks like below. Index AnalyticIdx On (JSON) As %iFind.Index.Analytic(INDEXOPTION = 0, LANGUAGE = "en", LOWER = 1);
Last weekend we held the Final of InterSystems Contest on Caché, DeepSee and iKnow under the aegis of IT Planet Student Championship in Ekaterinburg. BTW, this year we had more than 1,400 participants in InterSystems Contest.
When you export the Caché ObjectScript code to VCS (Git, SVN, Perforce, etc) do you export the Storage schema for persistent classes? If so, what are the Pro/Contra?
I am trying to create a method to count the number of entries in a global, including all subscripts. I am having a bit of trouble getting the code to make it to the second subscript. When I get to the position where my key is "Canada" and I add a comma and empty quotes to it, it returns USA as the new key when I do the order function. Is the $Order or the global not able to use a single string to represent multiple subscripts?
I'm trying to set up VS Code for ObjectScript using the instructions found here. I've got both Cache 2018.1.2.309.0 and IRIS 2020.1.0.215.0. When I try to connect to either one of them the connection fails, and I get a notification in the bottom right corner that says "Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0". I've checked the JSON settings file that VS Code uses, and they're fine and formatted properly. All of the settings I've entered are correct.
I'm looking at adding multilingual support to a couple of open source projects I'm working on. The solutions are already developed in CSP so I am not looking for alternative approaches.
I'm wondering what would be the best approach for CSP and separate JavaScript files.
Initially I was wondering if I should bake the default system language text at compile time, or provide the end user with a language selection option at run time.
We have a global with 65 million entries. All we are doing is just iterating through each entry to find out the total no of entries. It is currently taking 110 minutes. Is this something normal? What can we do to speed up this process? Below is the program for just iterating each entry in the global.
s sub=" ,count=0 f{ s sub=$o(^YYY(sub)) q:sub="" s count= count +1 } w!, "Total Count:"_ count
as you can see in title my problem is with file ccontrol. I want to install whole Ensemble with Manifest if on machine wouldn't be any, or if I somehow find out instance of Ensemble I want to only use settings from included Manifest. I read that I can use file ccontrol to solve this task.
So can someone said me, how to work with ccontrol, is there some variable or function which returns me somethig? I have read some parts of documentation about ccontrol, but nothing help me so much, so you can give me link to part in documentation, where is this desribed.
Working fine in localhost. While connecting to remote server getting the above error. Tried with Web Port 1972 and 80 both. Also there is no log in audit viewer.
Ran into an issue with our upgrade from HealthShare Health Connect 2018.1.3 to IRIS HealthShare Health Connect 2022.1, that I thought I would reach out about, I already have a ticket open with WRC and started a chat on Discord. We have a couple of MS SQL tables that I have setup as Linked Tables within Cache to query NPI, Patient Account Information, Visit information, etc... When we upgraded last week we found that within a day or even a half a day that we were having problems with our JDBC connections.
What is the best/right way to unlock the object in ObjectScript after the lock was acquired by %OpenId class method? Setting the opened object to null (Set object="") doesn't release the lock.
