I'm having problems with an HL7 message that is not properly parsed by IRIS (any version, including Ensemble).
The message is a OML_O21 and is valid, in fact is similar of what is described in the document "IHE Laboratory Technical Framework, Volume 2a (LAB TF-2a) version 6.0". This is the sample from the IHE document (paragraph 2315):
We are sending HS.Message.PatientFetchRequestAsync to one of the edge servers and gettthin this error but this doesnt happen when we send requests to a different server. Both servers are on same version of Healtshare. what could be the issue?
Receiving HL7 messages from our EMR, and processing to send out to downstream system. These are SIU_S12 messages, with a custom ZOR segment added by the EMR to include order information. The purpose of including this segment is to allow us to only send messages to the vendor that contain a procedure ID that is included on the list of procedures desired by the vendor. These values are in a LUT with the procedure ID in the key field, and a value of 1.
I would like to send bundle object to a router and then perform a DTL with in the routing rule ( this BundleObject as a source to my DTL). during this process , I get below exception
reqStream = json content in a stream
Set BundleObject=##class(HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Resource.Bundle).FromJSON(reqStream,"vR4")
Set tSC = BusinessService.SendRequestSync("SAMPLE_ROUTER", BundleObj)
Does anyone know what this error message mean, we are trying to save records to My.Package.List class and sometimes we get this error message at first but when I try to save the same record again from the Terminal it does save fine?
I need to check my HTTPS POST REQUEST, in order to do this I try to catch it by using wireshark.
I can't see anything because of the encryption.
I try unsuccefully to use the SSLKEYLOGFILE key (windows 11), but the generated file did not increase when I trigger my code OR postman, it grows only by the action of the web browser.
I created %ZSTART, having just learned about it. I included some minimal code to test it, as follows: %ZSTART SYSTEM WRITE "SYSTEM.",! QUIT JOB WRITE "JOB.",! QUIT LOGIN WRITE "LOGIN.",! QUIT CALLIN WRITE "CALLIN.",! QUIT
Now Terminal still works as normal, and sure enough I get "LOGIN" displayed, but when I start Studio I get an error message such as the following. I wonder what Caché ODBC has to do with it.
I would like to ask a question, which has to do with how to manage %GlobalCharacterStream representing JSONS.
Thank you for reading this question, thank you for your help, and thank you for your time and attention.
Specifically, in a certain Process, we were querying 2 Operations, whose response we were converting to a Property called "informesAutorizadosRangoFechas" (reportsAuthorizedInRangeDates) which is %GlobalCharacterStream whose content is a JSON with the same structure.
I want to customized retry frequency of transaction so that 503 error can be prevented while pushing FHIR bundle to the LFS.
How do I achieve this?
Reference the following algorithm to increase the retry interval of IRIS transaction
An exponential backoff algorithm retries requests exponentially, increasing the waiting time between retries up to a maximum backoff time. The following algorithm implements truncated exponential backoff with jitter:
Just wonder if I could have some ways adding a percentage of weekly delta over the previous one on the top of each stacked bar in a bar chart widget like the one below.
I have a problem with my script, In another code it works fine, but in this script It not display anything in InterSystems portal, when I try to debug, it gives the data, but why in portal it show nothing?
I created a Dotnet api to connect with IRIS database to do some task. "InterSystems.Data.IRISClient.dll" (NativeAPI) is used in dotnet api to connect IRIS. I used following code in dotnet to open and close the IRIS connection.
Hi. I am struggling to understand the meaning of different elements of an order in my hospital's EHR.
Page: EPR > All Orders
Question: What is the difference between Start Date and Date Executed and Order End Date? If an order was started on Monday and executeed on Tuesday.. does this mean the patient received the order on Monday or Tuesday? and what is End date?
Also, how do I interpret order status? What is the difference between discontinued, verified, and executed?
Hi, I was working with %sStream.FileBynary and following the doc when I find an info that I'm not sure of. In the part of the doc where it talks about saving streams, it does not precise where it is saved. I tried to fill my stream, then rewind, then set the file and finally saved. And it puts in my default directory with the temporary name. If I do a zwrite of my stream, I get these properties about the file and directory. (StoreFile) = "zKc2m8v1.stream" (NormalizedDirectory) = "C:\InterSystems\Community\mgr\user\stream\"
I have succesfully installed IRIS client on MacOS (see bottom half of this post). What's next? How do I access the menu to launch IRIS Client, access Studio, and connect to remote server etc??
I am trying to use the inbuilt class: EnsLib.HL7.Service.FileService to pass through an HL7 ADT message as a part of an HL7 to FHIR transformation. We have a client requirement, where we are receiving an NTE segment as a part of the ADT message. I am trying to map the NTE segment to an OBX Segment. I need to implement a counter for OBX segment whenever a NTE segment is found and map the NTE fields to the new OBX segment
In Cache End of file throws error but in IRIS no indication of End of file. I have to do an explicit $ZOF. How are you handling/detecting End of File in IRIS?
In cache this line will throw End of file error - F PREC=1:1 U FILE R REC D SOMETHING
But in IRIS this goes to forever, has anyone noticed this behaviour in IRIS?
I'm very new to intersystems, therefore I'm seeing some suggestions here. My query - I'd like to setup monitoring for IRIS local database size monitoring using SolarWinds. Preferably, using REST API connections, could someone help with this. Thank you in advance.
I have a spring-boot Java application which has Quartz Scheduler (spring-boot-quartz-starter) dependency, and uses IRIS DB. There is a problem with making Quartz Scheduler work with IRIS since there is a blob field expected in two tables, but IRIS is using longvarbinary type. Can you provide me with clues on how to resolve this?
I am using org.quartz.impl.jdbcjobstore.StdJDBCDelegate driverDelegateClass.
This is the error: MisfireHandler: Error handling misfires: Couldn't retrieve trigger: invalid stream header: 41434544
I'm using the below to populate a tree to just show the root with a folder icon but whenever I click on a folder it loops back to the original folder, how can I disable the root folder from expanding to the next, I only want to show the main opened root folder and not to go any further?
I would dearly love to avoid manually creating a SEF or XSD file to get the X12 832 (4010) schema into IRIS, but I have been hard pressed to find either downloadable resources or commercial options. The typical recommendation, edi-dev, seems to just do tooling that will help create SEF files, but no longer sells actual SEF files.
Anybody got any good resources that might have these schema files?
