InterSystems Online Learning is a web portal with interactive online courses, learning paths, experience labs and videos related to InterSystems Data Platform.
Welcome to day 3 of Virtual Summit 2021! We have incredible content available to you this year and I'd just like to bring your attention to the 4(!) sessions that we have on Embedded Python.
For many in today's interoperability landscape, REST reigns supreme. With the overabundance of tools and approaches to REST API development, what tools do you choose and what do you need to plan for before writing any code?
I tried logging into https://beta.learning.intersystems.com to view a video. My browser auto filled the login form. The username, the same one I use here and on many other ISC sites, is "sbeeson_MHCX". Now I have a message that says "Only lowercase letters allowed" and any time I visit the login form it just shows the same message. I cannot get back to the form.
I could obviously use an incognito window or clear my cache, but this needs to be fixed.
In this session, we will discussing SOLID Principle of Programming and will implement in a example. I have used Cache Object Programming Language for examples. We will go step by step to understand the requirement, then what common mistakes we use to do while designing, understanding each principles and then complete design with its implementation via Cache Objects.
As you can see, I got 100% in each section but 75% overall. There was one I got wrong but then changed. So either way, there is a disconnect between the breakdown and the total score.
Actually my logic is when I enter the input on the text field in browser, the entered input to be print on the next page but I am getting "Undefined". How to i do it.

InterSystems created this video as a high-level overview of OAuth 2.0 technology, geared toward developers looking to learn the basics of OAuth 2.0. It will teach you how OAuth 2.0 works, what roles are involved, what benefits it can provide, and how InterSystems Caché can be used with this technology.
OAuth server to be deployed on the IRIS learning cloud platform. Clients - one on the other instance of the learning IRIS server, the other client locally on my computer in the container docker.
Both clients get a seemingly correct link (through ##class(%SYS.OAuth2.Authorization).GetAuthorizationCodeEndpoint()) to the login request form:
One good thing about COVID-19 is that it taught people that online work and study are possible. I remember a week before the lockdown started, everyone said that working online was impossible, not secure, etc. And what do you know, it all became possible and "secure" in the blink of an eye. As with everything, it depends on whether a person is capable of organizing his or her day and their work or study attitude. Thus, I became a great believer in online education. As an associate professor who teaches databases, I find it beneficial to my schedule and students. One thing that studying online brings is flexibility. Another one is accepting third-party courses to grant credits to my students 😉
Considering that I'm teaching the basics of IRIS, I thought a new course, Getting Started with InterSystems IRIS for Coders, could be a relevant addition to my course. Therefore, I decided to follow the new Learning Path and see how it corresponds to my Syllabus and how many ECTS credits I can give for finishing it.
Do you need to give additional users access to the Management Portal to help maintain and monitor your system? You may be wondering what’s the best way to:

Created my Learning Lab yesterday evening and for the first hour or so everything was fine, but after that it just stopped working and I get Server unavailable for Management Portal:
