We are using IRIS health 2023.1 to build an application that runs on kubernetes cluster as container images. In the container image, we have our own PRODUCTION "APP" created with its routines database and global database located at:

/usr/irissys/mgr/APPCODE/IRIS.DAT

/usr/irissys/mgr/APPDATA/IRIS.DAT

I'm receiving a JSON payload via a REST API, I'd like to %JSONImport this stream into a class which extends %JSON.Adaptor. The problem is that the JSON is an array whose elements have no key (as you can see in the example JSON below). Right now I'm having to do some manipulations to convert the stream into a dynamic object and do a %Set which inserts a made up key "record" so "thingone" and "thingtwo" have an associated key that I can use when referencing "thingone" and "thingtwo"...such as record.GetAt(1).thingone

I see the following error when importing the Custom ASTM Schema in ASTM SCHEMA STRUCTURE page of Management Portal.

ERROR #6301: SAX XML Parser Error: zfieldDescToName+1^EnsLib.EDI.ASTM.SchemaXML.1 while processing MY_PATH\LCA1394_Schema.AST at line 8 offset 80

The line 8 is copied from ASTM E1394

Any advice?

After running many tests to kick the tires calling Python from COS (which worked fine) in any directory, I encountered problems when trying to access Python libraries like Numpy from any OTHER namespace. I saw some other posts about this but the resolution seems unclear. When I run the test program method numpytest below in %SYS it works just fine. If i run the Python method in any other namespace I get:

Looking at the DTL, we can pretty much understand what the provided mapping from FHIR to SDA3.

But, is there any Intersystems document, where the mapping To/From FHIR is documented, at least FHIR to SDA3 ?

We have a situation where we want to save the patient photo (or any other attachment) received via FHIR to a persistent property without decoding it. When it is sent out again using FHIR is is stored in the encoded format and need not be encoded. We do not need to decode it for our application. We always use it on another system that retrieves it or saves it via FHIR and therefore it is always received or sent embedded in JSON.

the sending application requires a ACK wich is different than the ACK i choose from in the AckMode settings of the Business Service.

How do i create a custom ACK?

I hope someone can help me with the following, it's about the usage of the class EnsLib.HL7.Service.HTTPService.

Working situation right know.

In IIS we've got a site configured who is dealing with the client certificate, etc and redirect the full request to http://localhost/csp/healthshare/NAMEPSACE/EnsLib.HL7.Service.HTTPServic... and the web gateway redirects the request to Business Service 'EnsLib.HL7.Service.HTTPService.cls'.
