That's a bit closer but rather than validating the incoming request against the schema, we're trying to validate the DTLs against the schema. One might think that compile would fill that need, but these compile fine with invalid references to propertypaths.

I'm actually looking for an automated way to FIND those scenarios across our codebase, not to actually fix it ...yet

That checkbox makes no difference, we've tested that already. But thanks for the suggestion.
