We had 270 Gb yesterday and we are today at 274.3 Gb. We keep a computer history of the messages for only 50 days. I have a linked procedure class and SQL gateway setup and I can't seem to get any response, status or error from using the stored procedure, I think it must be something big I'm missing to not even get a status.

The request for this is due to the fact that we have 3 interfaces in a namespace whose messages are deleted after 7 days. All other messages in this namespace should be kept for one year. This leads to a certain fragmentation. Furthermore, the messages to be deleted are relatively large (MDM^T02 > 32MB), which in turn leads to a fast growth of the database size.
We want to isolate the storage of our CCDAs from our HL7 V2 data, but keep them under the same namespace. From my understanding, I should create a new database then store those classes related to CCDAs in that database. Is this the correct approach?

I'm trying to recreate a smaller copy of our DEV machine on a sandbox instance. I installed a new instance, and thought it would be a good idea to copy over a few cache.dat files from the critical namespaces (but not all of them), and start from there.
We have Edge Production where we uploading flat files clinical data, and during testing we do this for several rounds load data, test them and reload them. So everytime we have to generate differnet patient data or change MRNs etc. So request is is there a command to delete patient records that will remove from the tables, and delete reference in the registery as well.
Any guidance that you follow for testing backload data and delete loaded data, pls share

In many projects I was faced with storing hierarchical data (tree) in classes. By tree, I mean such data, where each node has a parent node — an object of the same class. Many examples of such data can be given. For example, a catalog in the online store. Suppose that this online store sells books, in this case, the category tree might look like this:
Does anyone know where the user generated code resides, the stuff one might write for a production, I presume it lives in a table somewhere within a database?
Basically, I want to do some dependency analysis of what I've written - find out what's in use, how it's referenced, etc. I know I can export it to an XML file and work on that, but direct access on a table would be quicker for me.
