The 2019.2 version of InterSystems IRIS Studio is now Generally Available!

This article is a continuation of this post.

In the previous article, we reviewed how to create and define messages used to send and receive data between components.

The release of InterSystems IRIS 2021.1 introduces Adaptive Analytics. To get started with a familiar InterSystems IRIS BI sample cube, we have created a HoleFoods Sample Application for Adaptive Analytics. This Sample Application is available on Open Exchange. There is also a learning services course available to learn more about Adaptive Analytics.

7) You need the right driver

If you want to execute the LOAD DATA sql command you have to choose the driver from 2021.2! If you select the wrong driver and use the LOAD DATA sql command you get something like

I have followed the Article: Continuous Delivery of your InterSystems solution using GitLab, On our own Linux environment it works well but when I try to run it on a clients windows server; and the following command is run by the runner

irissession IRISHEALTH -U TEST "##class(isc.git.GitLab).load()"

we get the following "error"

Recently, I needed to run WebGateway on an additional port but with a twist - this port should publish only one web application.

we're planning some work on our SQL Query Plan functionality for a future release of InterSystems IRIS and are interested to hear how you're using them today, or what'd keep you from using them. Rather than try and fit everything in a rigid survey, I thought a simple thread on our beloved DC might also reveal some use patterns that we support or could do a better job on.

I have Mac OSX and Docker Desktop 2.2 (Engine 19.03).

I have a REST service running on my localhost (Mac) and I was trying to consume it from IRIS running in a Docker container.

If you try something like that don't use localhost as HTTP Server setting (using a Business Operation for example).

You have to use host.docker.internal.

A Webinar was held today for our Czech and Slovak partners and end users. This webinar was an online version of what we originally planned to present earlier this year in Fabrika hotel, Humpolec as a workshop. Due to the current epidemiologic situation a decision was made to move the workshop into the virtual space.

I just published isc-mem-config on OpenExchange and ZPM. It's a prototype to test whether this kind of user experience (UX) is a good fit for novice and / or more seasoned users. The settings it generates are already fairly-good-practice :-), but also being reviewed by experts within InterSystems in parallel.
