I am looking for a solution with Ensemble to talk to a old NTLM based SOAP Service. Does anyone has done this before?

We have the webservice calls working via SOAPUI but we are looking how we can make it work with Ensemble.

Is there a ready to use Outbound Adapter for NTLM ?

Is there a way to have a Data Lookup table be automatically updated via a script or cache code? We have a file that is being created by our EMR, and we need to import it into Ensemble to update it. Just trying to see if we can automate this process.

I wonder if is possible to create a task object and this task calls to a Business Process (or business operation)

My attempt was:

I am creating a BPL using the Management Portal instead of creating a custom class.

As per the documentations 'request object' contains properties those were in the original request message object or primary request and can be reference using the dot syntax.

So if the primary request was an HL7 message, i should be able to pull the value MSH:9.2 as follow

request.{MSH:9.2} and assign it to a context property

I have a SOAP header subclass

In my %SOAP.WebClient I use it like this:

Before we begin, I'd like to mention that I am by no means an Ensemble expert, so take this with a grain of salt and please feel free to offer any suggestions for improvement. I have created a Business Service which uses the EnsLib.File.InboundAdapter. This service will call a business service which will create an acknowledgement file in a directory specified in the operation after loading the parsed file into some temporary tables.

In order to create the acknowledgement file, I need the original file name. In the OnProcessInput of the service, it receives a stream of file data, and I can't find a way to get hold of the file name.

Any advice will be appreciated, thank you.

We have an HTTP business operation where the messages gets stuck and we had to recycle the operation to resume the processing. We are trying to work around this (for time being until we find the root cause) using below code which should recycle the component.

Several Ensemble adapters have SERVICEINPUTCLASS and/or SERVICEOUTPUTCLASS parameters defined.

For example:
