Hi ,

I am sending my DTL response (which is an xml stream) to an FTP out location.

My XML stream has CRLF , but after sending FTP'ing out , it displays as LF

before writing it to FTP

At FTP out location

What Chatset will do it ? Currently Charset is set as Binary.

Appreciate quick response.

Given that Analyst property is defined as class object I'm getting the Analyst ID in the below dataBinding, but I'm looking to display the Analyst name, I tried using dataBinding="Analyst->Name" but no luck, I got the same issue when binding to dataCombo or comboBox ?

when doing ETL process from cache database to mysql database(ods) and to another mysql database(dwd).

There are lots of DR columns in one table.

In the first step we need two databases to be totally consistent(ods=cache database)

However, the DR column in another database lost its meaning and become to normal number.

In the last step we do the data governance in ODS to DWD. My question is how to write sql without many `join` in this step.

Is it possible to audit code changes in a namespace?

Ideally what we'd like to be able to do is check which classes were compiled (or deleted) in a time period, eg in last 3 months, and which user made those changes. Even better would be an audit of what those changes were, but that's less important (for us, as we can probably find that information in other ways).

New at DTL. I need some pointers on this DTL

For all Prosthetics orders:
when ORC-1(Order Control) is "NW" (New Order), need to update OBR-18(Placer Field 1) based on PV1-2 (Patient Class) value.
assumption is that the selection logic is that all prosthetics orders with OBR-18 field is always blank.
Description :
If PV1-2 is I, insert I in OBR-18
If PV1-2 is O, insert O in OBR-18
If PV1-2 is E, insert O in OBR-18
If PV1-2 is P, insert O in OBR-18
If PV1-2 is R, insert O in OBR-18
If PV1-2 is B, insert O in OBR-18

Hello, dear colleagues.

I need to connect to a remote JavaGateway from an Ensemble service.

I am trying to use the EnsLib.JavaGateway.Service with a remote host where the JVM is running.

I can successfully ping the remote Java Gateway from EnsLib.JavaGateway.Service, and Ensemble reports that the service status is OK.

There are no network issues, and all necessary ports are accessible.

We are using a DTL transformation to take HL7 and transform into custom XML (XML is a virtual document, held in an EnsLib.EDI.XML.Document object). The schema specifying the format of the XML says one element should occur no more than 24 times (maxOccurs="24" in the XSD schema). However, the transformation to produce one such element always produces 24 elements, all but the last one blank, when tested stand-alone.

Hey everyone.

I'm currently looking at a process where we're utilising the Class Ens.StreamContainer, and was looking to do some deletions outside of any purge routines.

Having been burned before, I wanted to make sure that deleting the container also deletes the contents within.

From looking in the class, the %OnDelete ClassMethod appears to be removing an index from a search table and nothing more.

Error importing XSD

I'm attempting to import all the FHIR XSD files provided by http://hl7.org/fhir but get the immediate and unhelpful error message:

I've tried different versions of EOLs to no avail. Any idea what this error could mean?

WSDL for a CDC vendor was provided with a URL using a custom socket (non 443). Everything generated fine, but when making calls to their https:// URL that has their custom port in the URL - no response comes back. The assumption is, their server isn't even processing the request, as Postman does using the custom https://path.to.server:NNNN port in the URL.

I have a HL7 DTL in which I'm doing a lookup to a table based on a code value in the IN1:3 field. That incoming code may have a 1 to 1 mapping, or 1 to many mapping in a table. If it's a 1 to many, the values in the lookup table are comma delimited. If it's 1 to 1, that IN1 segment will map straight across. If it's one to many, I need to create additional IN1 segments. For example, if the incoming code maps to three, I need to map the original IN1 segment with one of the mapped codes, then create two additional IN1 segments with the other 2 codes for a total of 3 IN1 segments. My intention is to show how simple it is to generate a lookup table taking into account the information received in our HL7 messaging. The HL7 message lookup table provided by IRIS is certainly sufficient for most of the searches we want to perform, but we always have that special field in our HIS, LIS, RIS, etc. that we'd like to search by. But that's in a segment outside of that lookup table. That field forces us to generate a specific search using the expanded search criteria.
